This was a very clean home with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The host was very accommodating granting a late check-out. He communicated in a timely manner. The heated pool made the property very enjoyable! Some issues with plumbing in the hallway bathroom, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. We would highly recommend this property.

Great amenities & convenient location

We had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better — close to everything Clearwater has to offer. The amenities were just what we needed, clean and well‑kept, which made our trip super comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and answered questions right away, making check‑in and the whole stay stress‑free. Definitely a must‑stay spot if you’re visiting Clearwater — we’ll be back!

Great family property

Favorite thing was the pool with the wading area. Adults loved the seating area by the pool. Absolutely fantastic for our family trip. Convenient location to get to all things great in the Tampa Clearwater area. We enjoyed a day trip to fort de Soto, Busch gardens as well as the beautiful beach of Clearwater.

Winter Get-away for 2 months

Rambling ranch, lots of room, comfy furniture, might use a new rug in living room. Great kitchen ans essential, and dining room perfect for games as well as meals. Pool and shaded outdoor couch great!!!

Ice maker in freezer not working, fan in back bedroom not working and grill didn’t get sufficiently hot to grill steaks. Very nice place and enjoyed the private pool.

Great Visit

The property is fantastic. 2 BR/2 Bath. We were less then 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach. The pool is just the right size to relax in/play with the kids. We'll stay here again next time we come to Clearwater.

We had a wonderful & relaxing vacation!

The house sits in a very quiet neighborhood and is very close to required amenities such as a large grocery store. Property is well maintained, very clean and contains everything to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Communication with the property manger was very good. I would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future!

Great stay

The house was clean and as described the pool and patio was great my family and i enjoyed the the stay even being so short the only think we didnt get instructions on is the add say its a heated pool and we were left with no instructions or options for warming the pool.

Awesome first-time experience using Vrbo

I booked this property for my brother's bachelor trip and it was the perfect spot! The house was spacious, had a pool, and everything was in good shape. Check in was as easy as unlocking a key box and the checkout process was also simple. The only issue we ran into was that the heated pool wasn't heated when we arrived, but the owner sent someone out to fix it by the second day we were there. The owner was also very flexible with checkout and we were able to stay at the house later since we had a late flight out of Clearwater. All in all an excellent experience and I would stay here again.

Overall it’s not a bad home, neighbors parking on grass sort of a turn off for the overall look to the neighborhood. Not, owners fault but giving an honest evaluation.

Several items were missing and/or didn’t work properly. Firepit didn’t work, fans didn’t work, grill nearly burned the house down, showers didn’t get warm

Although I am very surprised seeing all the issues as you never mentioned anything to me through our communication , except the one fan in the master bedroom which btw is working , as our housekeeper confirmed after you left yesterday. She checked, and all fans are working properly, and the water is warm in the showers. The house was cleaned and ready for you even though I allowed you to check in earlier. All in all we had a great time in Clearwater! The house is in a great location and central to the beach but also not too far from Tampa. It was plenty of room for our family of 5. It has everything you needed as far as your basic necessities go. Seemed to be in a quite neighborhood as we didn’t hear any issues during our stay. The pool and grill were highly used and appreciated. This house had some issues and concerns during our stay but I was very upfront and honest with the host about my concerns. They did what they could to make it right and they reached out and wanted to ensure they made things right which says a lot about a host.

We are a Canadian family with kids that fell in love with Florida since our first visit years ago. Unfortunately we don't have enough time to enjoy this lovely house full time and decided to share it with you.

We chose Palm Harbor because of its convenient location. We usually spend 2-3 days in Disney World and the rest of our vacation relaxing on the white sand beaches this area has to offer. It is truly one of the best beaches we've ever seen, no wonder it is rated #1 beach in Florida. We also chose this location because of quiet and friendly neighborhood, distance to mall and everyday shopping
