Nestled amongst the trees, your group will love returning home to relax in the tranquil setting and soak in the private hot tub after a busy day! This home is perfect for families and friends to enjoy the mountains and everything Breckenridge has to offer!
The Space:
Located just a few minutes south of downtown Breckenridge in the neighborhood of Warrior Mark this charming 3 bedroom townhome offers the best of both worlds putting you right in the middle of tranquil nature all while being in close proximity to the bustling downtown area and ski access. With a bright and open main level, private hot tub and deck, and three spacious bedrooms, this home makes for an ideal mountain retreat for all of your Colorado adventures.
When you first arrive at the home, you will enter through the front door and arrive at a small enclosed area perfect for unloading your snow-covered gear before going through the second door to enter the home. Inside the home, you will come to a small, well-decorated foyer that has both a hallway to your left as well as one heading forward to the main living space. The hallway on your left features artwork and windows lining the walls before reaching the half bathroom for convenient access while on the main level.
Heading straight into the home from the foyer, you will find a large storage closet before arriving at the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This space is complete with high ceilings and extra large windows covering the high walls, providing incredible views over the surrounding scenery. Settle into the cozy living room where you will find two sofas and one chair to relax in. This space is full of mountain cabin ambiance from the stone hearth wood fireplace, an oversized ottoman that can double as additional seating space if needed, side tables with lamps, and a Roku Smart TV placed in a built-in wood entertainment center. Connected to the living room is the dining room where you will find a table with seating for 8 with an additional chair if needed, a large wooden buffet table, modern lighting, and a rug warming up the space. From this room, you can access the outdoor deck from the sliding glass door. Enjoy the nature views and see if you will spot any wildlife running around from this outdoor deck where you will find a propane grill, two patio chairs, a built-in wood bench, and a private outdoor with a capacity of 6.
Back inside you will find the kitchen area connected to the dining room with a kitchen island and three barstools making it convenient to stay connected with the group whether you are on dinner duty or working on one of the many puzzles in the home at the dining room table. In the kitchen, you will find stainless steel appliances, lovely granite counters, and all the cookware needed to make up anything from a big brunch to a crockpot dinner. Just off the kitchen, you can also access the half-bathroom, which is down a short hallway off the kitchen and will loop you past the laundry room.
Upstairs you will find the first bedroom, which has a queen-size bed in an iron frame, a small corner desk, a dresser and nightstand, multiple lamps situated throughout the room, and two windows overlooking the trees. A fun additional feature of this room is a sliding glass âwindowâ that gives views down into the living room while still providing privacy from the common space. The second bedroom on this floor is situated just across the hallway and features a spacious bunk bed that looks out the sliding glass doors onto the private patio. The patio space off this room includes two folding chairs so you can sit outside and take in the views as you prepare for the day. This room also features a sliding glass âwindowâ down into the living room. A shared bathroom for these bedrooms is also found on the second level. With a lovely granite double-sink vanity, wall-length mirror, multiple towel racks, and a separate space with the toilet and shower/tub, this bathroom offers a spacious and convenient space for the group to share.
On the third floor of the home, you will find the master suite that features a king-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser, an attached bathroom, and an abundance of natural light thanks to the several windows that line the wall. The attached bathroom on the opposite end of the room makes it convenient to freshen up for the day in the walk-in shower or enjoy the nature views from the bathroom window while you brush your teeth in the single-sink vanity.

Guest will have access to the entire home, the outdoor patio, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to 2 parking spots, one in the garage and one in the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
This lovely condo is the perfect gateway to experience all that Breckenridge has to offer. With its fantastic location, you are a short drive to downtown or to the ski runs. The condo is situated a mile south of the Breckenridge historic district putting you within a 10-minute bus ride or less than a five-minute drive to Main Street where you will find local shops, restaurants, breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options you won't want to miss. QuickSilver Super Chair is just a five-minute drive from the condo and will give you unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway.
Getting Around:
Just a two-minute walk from the condo will take you to the Now Colorado stop on the Gray route that runs every 20 minutes. This route will take you to Historic Main Street in a short 10-minute bus ride. The QuickSilver Super chair, a mile from the condo, can be accessed by either car or from the Gray route bus line near the home. BreckConnect Gondola is a 20-minute bus ride from the condo on the Gray route and will take you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around the historic downtown, you can find parking downtown and use the free trolley to easily explore the area.
Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
Please note that the free ride bus stop route is brown, and the stop is at "Now Colorado", a 4-minute walk. The bus will drop you at the lifts.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasnât snowed in a few days.
