Overall good experience. Nice place to stay. Was able to host a family dinner with family that is local. This was key.
We stayed at this property when we were there skiing, and we really liked the floor plan and the size of the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed the location for the summertime
I appreciated how clean everything was upon arrival. It was evident that they took the time to make sure it was a welcoming place. I also felt the kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed.
The week was for skiing and it was great to come back to a cozy, well appointed condo to relax before dinner. A very short walk to the Free Ride enabled us to get downtown, to the hill. Definitely a good choice.
Great place to stay for winter ski vaca. Quiet. Walkable to Snowflake lift even with ski boots on. Heated garage is great for parking car and leaving skis and boots. Plenty of room for our family of five. We had an overnight guest who used the sofa bed in the living room. Great time!
Was overall very pleased with our stay. Clean, spacious and extremely convenient location. Apparently we chose the busiest week of the year to visit Breckenridge. Was walking distance to Main Street. Was unaware of health issues due to altitude, next time we will pre-medicate. Mattressâs were a little hard for our taste. Would choose this location again.
100 yards or so to Snowflake lift. Less than a 10 minute walk to the village. Garage was great, and fit our large SUV (although others in the same building couldnât fit their trucks). Condo fit our family well, although wasnât the most luxurious place weâve stayed (dated furniture, older carpeting, wood paneling). Washer and dryer were great. Would stay here again.
The unit was really clean, well stocked, all appliances and humidifier in working order. Light switches, garage door openers, etc. labeled so it was really clear on how to operate things. The garage, kept in a state of low heat well above freeing, had a well laid-out area for boot/gear removal and gear storage. There was a clearly laid out way to maintain outside gear and boots and enable changing to inside shoes without tracking mud into the unit. Nice stay. Roughly three blocks somewhat uphill walk to get to the Snowflake lift/trailhead where there was an equipment rental location (Charter Sports). Roughly half-mile walk to Main St. Bus stop nearby.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Winterpoint 22, and I couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. The location is an absolute gem, offering the perfect blend of convenience and scenic beauty.
The ability to walk to both the town center and the Snowflake Ski Lift made my stay incredibly enjoyable. It meant that I could effortlessly explore the charming town and easily access the slopes, all without the need for transportation. The proximity to the Snowflake Ski Lift was a game-changer for someone like me who loves hitting the slopes bright and early.
The property itself was a cozy haven, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere after a day of outdoor adventures. The interior was well-maintained, and the amenities added a touch of luxury to the overall experience.
The booking process was seamless, and the property management team was responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. I highly recommend Winterpoint 22 to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable retreat in the heart of the action. It truly made our winter getaway a delightful and memorable experience.
The question is, would I stay there again and the answer is no. The positive is the property was clean and was a great location to the hills and town. However, the property is much more tired than what is portrayed in the pictures. The fireplace (which heats the ground floor) never worked (on a day of a blizzard), we had to get a spare heater from the mgt company (which blew a fuse), the kitchen door fell off, the chairs were broken, I repaired a toilet which didnât flush, the water is warm at best for showers, the carpet looks at least 10+ years old, etc. I base my decision as someone who rents myself and have stayed at other Breck properties. There are better options for the price. Also, there is no pool in the winter (itâs seasonal), unlike the pictures which were portrayed.
Place was as described. The beds are a little hard though, but it's not something that bad. The top bunk, as they mentioned, really should be for short people or kids. I'm 5'0" tall, but still accidentally hit my head on the odd extra wall on the ceiling when I woke up. Would recommend switching your pillow to face the other side to avoid that if you're taller than me! Overall, really enjoyed the stay and would come back.
2-3 minute walk to the bus stop to get on the shuttle to the Gondalas (we went to Peak 8 access). Takes about 5 minutes to get there. Easy. Takes about the same time back from there.
5-10 minute walk to Main street. Very cute spots around.
The access to the community hot tub is wonderful. A 2-3 minute walk, but if needed you can drive to the parking lot. There's 3 large hot tubs available to relax in and there's even a pool to switch back-and-forth from. Loved it very much after going on the mountains.

Beautiful house in a great location for hiking.
All listed details are accurate. Property is clean and cozy. Easy communication and has everything you can expect. 1 minor thing, can provide more soap and shampoo but definitely not an issue. Thank you!
We had a great time. The property is just a block away from then snowflake lift and Four O clock runs making it a breeze getting to and from the mountain. Canât wait to visit again!
Excellent townhome perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teens. VERY well stocked, nice updates, plenty of space and nice proximity to the Snowflake lift and town.
**highly recommend renting your skis at the Snowflake lift/Blue Sky. It was a small trek uphill to the lift. Would have loved to just leave the skis locked up at the lift!
The heated garage was a greatly appreciated amenity for our gear and SUV.
An easy walk to town in about 10 min, but itâs uphill on the way back.
The only downside was that the water heater seemed to only accommodate 1 hot shower. Anything more would turn cold quickly. Hopefully they will address that.
Would absolutely stay here again!

We've stayed at Breckinridge properties for the past 8 years, but not at this one before. Winterpoint 22 had hits and misses. The location is perfect. Easy walking to downtown. Unit was very clean and plenty of towels and spacious for two to four people. Heating the family room area was a challenge as the thermostat next to the sliding glass door turned on the gas fireplace only twice, though we repeatedly set it higher than the current temp., which stayed around 66-68. 2nd bedroom bed is very hard, so if you like a hard bed, choose the one next to the alley. The bed pillows in that room need to be replaced. They are old and flat. Finally, the hot water was barely enough for two people. We don't dawdle in the shower, but my wife shaved her legs and I ended up finishing with a cold shower when I went in. That shouldn't happen with two people. Manager allowed a late check out, which was nice.
