Enjoy our cozy space that lets in plenty of natural light within a quiet neighborhood surrounded by mature trees for shade and privacy. Built in 1903, this space features an updated shower/tub and newly refinished hardwood flooring. Drive 10 minutes downtown to explore craft breweries, local coffee shops, parks, museums, boutiques, and fine or casual dining. Or stay inside, kick back, relax, and enjoy the modern miracle that is WiFi.

This upstairs unit is part of a shared building, so please be courteous to your fellow downstairs guests! Please note that the fenced backyard is not available for your use.

Via The Blue Porch, you will be able to access the upstairs level.

I am available to you 24/7/365 via my phone, though I do have "Do Not Disturb" hours established per my settings. This usually requires 2 calls in a row within a 3-minute span to get through. In the case of a non-911 emergency, please continue to call until I pick up . If the matter is non-urgent, I can usually give a quicker response via the Airbnb messaging app.

This lot is zoned multi-family, yet the property is surrounded by townhomes, one apartment complex, and single-family homes across the street. Within walking distance, the Safeway shopping center features:

-Metric Brewing: Serving an ever-revolving selection of craft beers on tap, this local brewery hosts a different food truck every night! Visit on Tuesdays for Trivia!
-Papa Murphy's: Pro-tip: $10 Tuesdays will get you a Large Take-N-Bake pizza.
-Laundry Time: Both a dry cleaners and a laundromat, this is your best option for clean laundry. While technically within walking distance, you likely wouldn't want to carry a bag of dirty laundry that far, much less air it about.

Two, off-street parking spaces are available for your use. Please park tandem-style on the left-most side of the gravel driveway.

-Available streaming services include Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max, Hulu, Apple TV, and Sling. Guests can sign into their personal accounts with their login credentials.

- All trash placed in the brown bin must be bagged.

- Pick up after your dog.
