As soon as you enter this modern home, you're welcomed by a cozy open-plan living area with large open windows, designed and furnished with numerous amenities that span throughout the entire interior of this dreamy home. The fully equipped kitchen and its inviting dining area open onto the attractive living room, setting the tone for many memorable evenings. Explore and play in the river, or take a short hike on one of the trails right on the property! Step in and relax with a charming mountain escape at the top of Beech Mountain!

Guest Access:

Access is easy-breezy - NO KEYS TO LOSE! You will have your own unique access code good for the duration of your stay. No worries about going extra places to get keys or having to make beds on your own. Simply show up for your vacation, instant access, beds made - time to RELAX!



The Neighborhood:

The house is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit.

Both Beech Mountain & Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips

Signed Rental Agreement

• A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.

• Exterior Cameras

• Firepit: The firepit is NOT for bonfires! Please keep it to small, reasonable fires only. Keep it small and ONLY burn firewood.

• We do NOT provide firewood, there are multiple places in town to buy.

• Early Check-in/Late Check-out is subject to availability with a $25/hour fee. Reach out to the host to inquire.
