Welcome to Retreat Blooming Grove, one of four @RetreatDFW locations. Bring your closest family and friends to enjoy all the fun we could pack on 11 private acres.

Stay cool on the 175-foot water slide, enjoy a round of mini topgolf, or start a family tradition with a kickball game on our turf softball field. Then catch the game on our outdoor movie screen while relaxing at the outdoor bar.

With 8100 square feet of living space, we can sleep up to 40 people! Let's make some lifelong memories!

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is limited. We are only a text message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Our top priority is to show respect to our neighbors in our wonderful community. To achieve this, we closely monitor noise levels, and if your activities create a disturbance to our neighbors, we will notify you immediately. We provide a speaker for outdoor use that comes with clearly marked volume limits and instructions for specific times of the day. We do not allow any other outside audio devices or DJs under any circumstances. Violating these limits will not be tolerated.

The use of firearms and target practice is strictly prohibited on our property.

Fireworks are also not allowed, except with permission and only on specific dates, including July 3-5, Dec 24-25, and Dec 31-Jan1.

While you are staying with us, you are welcome to explore our 12-acre property. However, you are not allowed to access any part of the neighborhood outside our borders.

To minimize traffic, we can only accommodate 20 cars on site, so carpooling is encouraged and may be required. If you have a situation where you require over 20 cars, please reach out to us for approval.

You will receive detailed directions with photos before your stay for an easy, quick and direct arrival.

Our goal is to ensure that you have a fantastic family vacation while also maintaining a positive relationship with our neighbors. Therefore, we strictly enforce these rules, appreciate your cooperation in adhering to them and reserve the right to refuse and cancel bookings if we are concerned your visit doesn’t align with our requirements. The entire house & party barn, plus outdoor amenities, are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

During your stay, you will not be permitted to access the neighborhood or the lake behind our property. You must remain on our property.

Retreat Blooming Grove will be ready to start welcoming guests in March of 2023. Located just an hour south of Dallas, Retreat Blooming Grove has us excited as we continue to push the boundaries of how much fun and activities you can fit on one property.

- 175-foot slip-and-slide that lands in a splash pool
- All-turf softball field, perfect for kickball, baseball, and more
- 100-yard driving range with topgolf style targets
- Stocked catch and release pond
- A 25-foot outdoor movie screen
- Pool and grotto with outdoor bar and seating (ask us about heating the pool for your stay!)

We have 8,100 square feet of living space to get comfortable or continue the fun. With seven bedrooms and bathrooms, we can sleep 40+ comfortably. The party barn includes a media room, a stocked game room, and a 20-foot bar.

The house, party barn, and outdoor areas are furnished with nice flat-screen TVs with DirectTV and Netflix.

In terms of amenities, we’ve got you covered too! You’ll have access to minor yet essential things like: Kitchen supplies, bath towels, pool towels, soap, coffee, oxygen, and more.

We are located in a rural area, so having your own transportation is recommended. We have limited parking and only room to park 20 cars on the property. Carpooling might be required depending on your group size.

To maintain secure premises, the retreat is equipped with four exterior cameras that record video and audio. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

No guns or firearms are allowed on property under any circumstances.

The person renting the house must be over 25 years old, and must be present during the rental.
