Newly renovated and furnished home in the heart of Bradenton, minutes from the beaches and boat ramp. The square footage is approximately 1500 with plenty of space for family gathering and reunion. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dedicated office space and spacious patio offer plenty of relaxing spaces for you to enjoy a comfortable vacation. The property if fully fenced with an outdoor private pool. Sorry pool is NOT HEATED.

Great place.

This house was exactly what we needed. Large driveway, clean and with all the necessities.(clean sheets, towels, hot water and washer/dryer) Will definitely stay here again if we end up in the area.

No hot tub and dirty bathroom

We booked this place based on the pool and hot tub. There was no hot tub so it was falsely advertised. The pool is not heated either which for the price you pay per night you can get cheaper places with a heated pool. After we brought it to attention of property manager there was not hot tub they messed up and advertised it as such. We really wanted a hot tub as was a girls weekend after my friends daughter got married. The pool was a little too cold to enjoy in April too. The bathroom was very dirty and I showed them pictures the house cleaner did not attend too. I never got even a partial refund for the gross bathroom and no hot tub. That sucked!! It was 8 miles from Anna Marie but took us 30-40 mins to get there because of traffic. Next time will stay closer. VBRO did not support me either as said I had to go through propery manager as I already checked out. They did view my conversations with the owner/property manager and saw I asking. That did not matter to VBRO as I already checked out. The property manager/owner ghosted me and never apologized or offered to clean bathroom. Said her house cleaner said it was clean. Well, sorry 4 women do not pee on the walls. They also had left a rag on coffee table and a helium balloon was floating around. We really should have received a discount from VBRO or property/ owner and manager. The worst customer service by both. Disappointed. Also, a few other things broken and neglected on property. Bad place.

Stay at Seashell treasure near Anna Maria

This property was perfect for our family, very clean and well-maintained. It was exactly as presented and very comfortable. My only suggestion is to provide check-out instructions as to what to do with linens, garbage, dishwasher etc. But other than that it was a great experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great swap

Are host was wonderful. She stepped in to help out another host that had a repair issue that need to be addressed. Communication was amazing and made that switch seamless. We are looking to stay again next year.

Very Happy

This was a great property and a great location for us. We were visiting grandkids and the pool was wonderful, nice size. It's a little chilly when you first get in but you adjust quickly and it is very comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive. We didn't have any problems, but had questions a few times and they responded almost immediately day and night. Check in/out was very simple. Couple of pans needed a quick second clean off, but other wise kitchen was great. Three bedrooms, two baths, pool, nice neighborhood, it was perfect for us. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Family getaway

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to meet up with our son and fiancee, as it provided so many options! It was close to the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. Anything you needed was a 5-10 minute drive, and it was only 25 minutes to the airport. The house itself was clean and comfortable, The bed and linens were the best that we have ever slept on in a VRBO house - perfection! The screened in porch and pool area were perfect for socializing and relaxing. The neighborhood was charming and quiet. The owner, Sandy, was extremely responsive, gracious, and kind. Would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the Sarasota/Bradenton area.

I enjoy hiking and biking by Robinson Preserve. I love to watch the sunset in the evening and talk walk at the white sandy beach at Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach.
