This spacious, fully-furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bath luxury villa is nestled in the serene residential area of Braden Crossings in Bradenton, FL Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Relax by the tranquil heated saltwater pool, set against a backdrop of a beautifully landscaped garden and a lanai equipped with a ceiling fan, table, chairs, umbrellas, and sun loungers. Unwind in the remote-controlled Jacuzzi, accommodating up to six guests. The removable safety fence around the pool ensures children's safety, while the 6 ft. privacy fence surrounding the garden provides a secluded, peaceful hideaway.

Summer Vacay

This place was just as listed. I couldnt recomend this place enough. It was all we expected and more. My grand kids loved the pool. Pool was bigger then expected. And was so excited. I will book this place again and again. Very homey.

NOT GOOD

The house was clean but the pool and hot tub heater did not work. Every morning at 6:15am the hot tub would make a lot of noise and turn on with no heat and run for 12 hours. Did not get what I paid for. If you are thinking about renting this home get a guarantee that pool and hot tub works.

Not an accurate listing regarding amenities

I'll start with the negative...took my shoes off at the door when I got there. 20 minutes later before getting into bed I had to wash my feet as the floor was filthy. Next day before I could let the others know, my partner had white socks on that ended up disgustingly dirty. We all walked around with shoes on from that point....from the minute we got out of bed. Next was the fact the listing said there was a gym (or fitness room, I can't remember). My daughter is prepping for a body building show and the fact we thought there was a gym is what brought us to this property. Only to find out there was not one. Lastly, the pool guy came the morning after we arrived and "turned" on the pool. Nice for swimming initially, but that evening we went to go in the pool. The water was 98 degrees. Way too hot to swim (we were there May 16-18). The listing says in the winter you need to pay to have the pool heated. Does that mean in spring/summer you need to pay to have it cool? So disappointed we couldn't swim. Management company was not as readily available as the info in the house statedThe positive is the place was roomy and in a nice neighborhood, close enough for the wedding we were attending. They had toiletries for us and fully equipped kitchen. Really nice place if I wasn't so grossed out by the floor. Made me question if anything else wasn't cleaned (and we just didn't know)

Green Pool/Don't believe the pictures

The pictures are not a true reflection of the home condition. During my stay I encounter that walls throughout the home had scuff marks, chips out of the paint, the flooring had gaps of 1/4" or more between the pieces of laminate, every threshold had blue painter's tape on it to hold down the threshold, a cabinet door was hanging on one hinge and the coffee maker contained old coffee grounds which had mole on it. However, the biggest issue was the pool. On the first day, the pool was green. I immediately contained Gulf Coast Rental as I was instructed in the check in instructions. After two visits over 4 days from the pool guy it was cleaner but the amount of chemicals that were added to the pool was overpowering. They stated it was "100% safe to get in". But there was still remnants of green on the walls of the pool and the corners. I did get a broom and scrubbed the green and it was coming off. With have children on my vacation there was no way I would allow my kids to play in that. During my entire stay I did have to follow up several times to ensure this was being addressed. With 2 days left of my Florida vacation, we left the home and found other accommodations. If you don’t care about having a pool you can use, then some of the other pieces might be acceptable.

Pool issues

To start off this is advertised as two king beds. It is not. It is one king bed and one queen bed. Second We requested the hot tub to be heated before we arrived and paid extra and it was not turned on. We had issues the entire week with the hot tub and the pool. The pool pump was not running and turned green instantly so we could not use it even though we paid extra to have it heated. We were unable to get in the pool even once due to the conditions. We were told maintenance would be by but never told when and on the last weekend We came back and it smelled like bleach or chlorine and the pool moss was vacuumed out however I have no idea if it was safe to swim. Every time maintenance would come by, the hot tub was also turned off, We spoke on the phone as well as via text to the management company and they were not consistent with what was wrong. They had my husband trying to fix things which we shouldn't have been doing because we were on vacation trying to relax not fix the property. We booked this home specifically, so we had a pool and hot tub to enjoy but we were unable to use it the entire time. We were given two rolls of toilet paper, no laundry soap to wash the towels & no hand soap. It could be a nice house but I do not recommend until they fix the issues. For the price we paid we should have gone somewhere else. The property management company made a note to talk to me about compensation for our lack of use of the pool and hot tub but they never followed through.

Great Family Stay

The house is perfect for a large family or for family to come and visit while staying here. The property is very roomy and convenient to all sorts of shopping, all set in a quiet neighborhood. Kids will love the pool.

For 8 people this place was great place to stay We didnt need it but the pictures show a computer and there wasn’t one. 15 minutes to Anna Maria island and Siesta Keys. Everything you needed within 5 minutes I would stay there again without any hesitation

Family Getaway

The property is a great family rental or perfect location for relatives to come visit during your stay. The house is very roomy with its open space and welcoming rooms. All sorts of shopping is close and convenient. We would definitely consider this property again for a Gulf Coast vacation. PS love the pool!

Summer Family Weekend

This house fit in our price range for they area we were searching and more than met our expectations. The home was larger than expected. We enjoyed the 2 living rooms, kitchen and dining space and bedrooms. The king size beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a rental. So much so that I may purchase this brand for home! The pool area was well maintained and a nice place to hang out with family. Everyone enjoyed swimming each day. We played games at the table while it rained and it was very relaxing.

Enjoyed Our Stay March 2024

We enjoyed our recent stay in this 4-bedroom house. The pool was nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances; however, the stove top pans need replaced. The location was great with beaches, restaurants, and recreational facilities nearby. We left a raincoat behind and the management contacted us later in the day to make arrangements to send it back to us. We definitely would stay here again.

More than expected!

House was in a great neighborhood within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and gas station. House was clean and comfortable. It had plenty of space for all 8 of us. Tons of pool toys, beach umbrellas, wagon and strollers in garage. We all would stay there again. Thank you!

Nice Family Hone with a few issues.

Location is good with plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Wally World 4minutes away for groceries. What made the home stick out was hot tub with the pool. Hot tub was broken with a faulty heat pump. we later found out the mngt co was notified in December about it but never fixed it. More importantly , the site does not inform the buyer of this. If the mngt company takes care of it for us I will update. Killed 5 cockroaches but it is Florida and by no means is the home unclean. Likely needs an exterminator treatment is all. Ample cooking supplies and linens. Remotes had a few issues but one worked for 2 of the 3 tv’s. Overall good deal for a traveling family but hot tub issue without disclosure is troublesome.

Nice place, but don't expect customer service

The house was exactly as it is posted, in a nice area, conveniently located close to places to eat and grocestores. It's a nice place to stay and very clean. We called about where the jacuzzi "remote", indicated by the ules of the property, was located, but no one could tell us where to find it. We figured it out on our own. We also called to get the jacuzzi heated, but no one came to turn it on, nor did the 'jacuzzi repairman' show up yo fix it, as the property management believed it was a repair issue. They did refund the price of the heating to us. Overall it's worth the price to stay, but don't expect help from property management.

Pool not as advertised.

We booked this house due to heated pool. The pool is not heated unless you pay extra. I would have gladly paid extra if i had known this beforehand. The rental company told us there would be another fee to turn the heat and spa on after check in and it wouldnt be warm by the time we left. That needs to be clear in the listing. We chose this house specifically because of the "heated pool" as I had 2 eleven year old boys to entertain. Also the garbage in the garage was over flowing and stunk terrible. We had no where to go with our trash. The handles and door jams need a good cleaning. There is grime built up and pretty gross. The beds and linens were clean and comfy. The house is plenty big and lot's of space. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. Plenty of towels. Seems like the homeowners are great but their rental and cleaning company is less than desired.

I would not recommend this vacation rental company. While the house itself was clean, there were many other issues. I also spent most of our vacation in communication with the rental company. To start, the previous guests trash was left out in the garage. It was starting to smell the first day we arrived, and I messaged the rental company to remove it. They said they would have someone come collect it. By the end of our stay, the garbage was still in the garage, and the whole house smelled of trash. We were also uniformed about how the pool was heated. The pool is only heated late morning-early afternoon, which never allows it to warm up. The pool was never above 75 degrees for our entire stay. The hot tub was also only 75 degrees, and was never heated warmer, as you would assume a hot tub would be warmer than the pool water. We contacted them about this, and the maintenance person told us the heater was broken. They never came back to fix it, even though we were told it was fixed, which was clearly untrue. We have not received any money back, and have not received money back for the pool not being heated, when that was an extra fee. Although we called and texted throughout our stay, our needs were not met, and changes were not made to help our experience. I would not recommend booking through this rental company again.

Please do not stay at this house if you do at your own risk

Started with making sure the pool heat was working and a payment of an extra eighty dollars to heat the pool for the three day trip. Reaching the house and walking up to the door was the first sign, blue tape covering a hole in the door. Walking in smelling of mildew. In the dinning room the seats were stained, and one had the covering torn off the cushion. The bamboo flooring they say is just fake stick together flooring. Only one tv worked in the living room but only to play video games on nothing else. The real small one in the master bedroom didn't work nor did the one in the den. There was no tv in any of the kids room. The carpet was stained in all the rooms. The blinds were tore in the kids room so that anyone walking by could see in. Walking out the sliding door we find that it can't even be locked. So anyone wanting in could, the reason the side gates separating the front of the house from the back had no locks. Outside the glass door the smell from the grill was so bad we had to roll it over to one side away from the door. The concrete around the pool needed cleaned badly. The pool had dirt in the bottom but there was no net to even try to clean it out. The one they had was torn apart. Oh yes and the pool was not heated. The spill over for the pool had plastic and trash in it looking like the pool had not been cleaned in sometime. There was a pile of junk the size of maybe a pickup truck load laying by the pool. There was a small child's play ground on the other side of the pool that also needed hauled off, so nasty! They had broken concrete structures laying on the other side of the pool. I would have to check but we thought there was a hot tub but its only a small pool beside the big pool the air that blows up in it. The screen around the pool is also torn in places. There is water dripping from the roof as you walk out to the pool area so it seem like every time I did walk out there I got dripped on. We called about the pool not being heated and they said someone would be right over, we never saw a person but later was told they came by while we were there and turned up the heat on the pool. The pool said it was 81 when we got there it didn't feel like it and after a person was to turn it up. There is not enough room to state how bad. Gulf Shores Vacations will not do anything!! I have a hundred pics of this place so I'd be glad to share with anyone.
