Wonderful stay in this condo clean, spacious, had everything we needed for a week stay. The view was fantastic and a quick 2 minutes from the beach. Only con was that the deck furniture was in need of some TLC or replacement and no washer/dryer. Area was very nice with a well maintained walkway to restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this condo and plan to return in future.

We had a wonderful stay at condo Nitta. The staff were exceptional in getting us what we required, and thy communicated with us well. The Nitta complex is nice and well taken care of, however our condo was in need of some repair Broken cabinets and countertops, a leak from the ceiling in the kitchen, and a lack of decent cooking utensils was a bit disappointing.

Beautiful spot, beautiful view, quiet location

Overall beautiful location with a lovely balcony to view it from. Unit starting to need some maintenance but the property manager was attentive.

Great Condo

From booking to checkout everything was easy and on time. The best review I can give is if we would book this property again and I say we absolutely would. The building is well kept and the neighborhood very quiet. The rooftop pool was clean as was our accommodation. The Ocean is just steps away and the common pool area fantastic.

On balance okay

Sunset views from the deck, a nice pool area, quiet, nice friendly residents, a public beach access path almost at the back door so you don’t have to walk around buildings are all positives. Small kitchen things were annoying-no ice cube trays, broken wine opener, not a spice left in the cupboard, tiny cutlery and coffee maker and not even a bag of coffee for the first morning. You put them aside and are there to enjoy your self. Maintenance like keeping out door cushions somewhat clean, broken slat in a chair and a lounger, bathroom sinks not draining. These things don’t leave a good impression.

The overall location and proximity to restaurants is great. For the most part, the unit was ok, rather dated and things are broken . The main bed was so horrible. Like a rock. They didn't provide basic amenities like salt and pepper or even tin foil. I don't expect my groceries of course, but basic cooking items. The granite counters are broken in the kitchen, the large stain in the shower and I don't think the shower has been cleaned in a long time. The patio furniture is not comfortable and no beach chairs to take to the beach like other units. Overall slightly disappointing when you pay this much.

Beautiful sunsets

Pros: **VIEW** it’s a big apartment, the sunsets were breathtaking, nice quiet neighborhood, private pool, extra large patio area, apartment fit our family of 6 with no problem, 3min walk to apartments that had a on site convenient store, short walk across street to clean ocean, good size main property pool, and good communication with property manager. Conns: kitchen and floor were full of ants when we got there, really annoyed that they didn’t spray for bugs until next day so we couldn’t use the kitchen first night, ants came back 2 days even after sprayed, beds were hard, no TV in rooms, only two pans to cook with (they had plenty of pots though), the stove was faulty because it would stop and lock on us, nothing close by so we had to Uber everywhere, elevator had no AC and only fit max 3 ppl. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again just because we spent so much on Ubering places. Not a problem if you rent a car. Thanks for having us!

Great property, poor customer support

Beautiful condo in safe, newer developing area. Spacious rooms with A/C, generous terrace overlooking ocean with beach access one block away. Private little pool on terrace (solar heat, not hot tub) and community pool downstairs (also no hot tub - but warmer kiddie pool). Terrace pool not safe for children - minimal fencing. Top floor has communal sitting area with expansive views, exercise room, library with English and French books (lots of Canadians in residence). Our arrival was marred by filthy guest bathroom - workmen had come after previous cleaning and left a mess. Modern appliances, but dishwasher had no soap, no kitchen towels, no garbage bags - annoying omissions that took days to correct. Vacasa management has rigid cascade when you call 'customer support' - a person (in the Caribbean) has to call a regional manager, who calls a local rep, who tries to get housekeeping to help. Literally took 5 days to correct what should have been there on day 1. Condo could use instructions for funky electronic lighting, and local support numbers for help. Security guy (not a Vacasa employee) can be very helpful obtaining potable water (should also be supplied - inexpensive) and calling cabs which are necessary to get to shopping and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay butGot a warning for drying a bathing suit on a chair in the sun! No dryer and nowhere to dry anything outside that can't be seen! Rediculous!Really need to have towels to dry dishes! We used a hand towel that was filthy when we left! Dish washer detergent is expensive and we like to wash them in the sink anyway!The leaky kitchen sink drain and broken door handle were repaired. Otherwise, nice place and we'd consider staying there again

Lovely and spacious, well provisioned. Balcony is huge, dining table under covered area is great!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nitta Condos. Perfect for a family of four with two teens. Literally a block form the beach, public beach access is scarce in PV and it was right across the street. Pool is lovely too, often had it to ourselves. Building is clean and tidy, we were sad to leave!
