Free Golf Cart | 1 Block to King & Prince | Elevator | 1/10th mile to Beach

This beautiful townhome is designed to be the ideal vacation home with each bedroom having its own private bath. It is located 0.1 miles from the beach, 1 mile from the Pier and Village area, and 0.7 miles from the Coast Guard Station. Situated just 1 block from local favorites including the Crab Trap, Crab Daddy's, the Barrier Island Brewing Company, and the King and Prince hotel. As an added bonus, this home comes complete with a free golf cart. A liability waiver simply needs to be signed at our office.

Upon entering the front door, you are welcomed by a spacious living room with seating for 7 and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. Next, you are led to a dining table that seats 6, followed by an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a regular drip coffee machine, Keurig, French press, toaster, and blender. All standard cookware is provided. If you find yourself missing anything, please let us know and a member of the Emmons Realty staff will bring it right over. Off of the kitchen, there is a half bathroom. In the garage, you will find a golf cart, bicycles, beach chairs, and toys. Just outside is an outdoor shower.

On the second level, you enter the master bedroom containing a stately four-poster king-sized bed, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, Keurig, a chaise lounge chair, an armchair, a desk, a dresser, and a balcony. Off of the bedroom is an en-suite bathroom appointed with dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub, a step-in shower, two closets, and access to a screened balcony. There is also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on the second level.

Ride the private elevator to the third level. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom contains two queen-sized beds, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, a chaise lounge chair, and a balcony. To the left, there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and closet. Also on this level is the second guest bedroom with one queen-sized bed, a 43-inch flat-screen TV, an armchair, and a balcony with two lounge chairs. This bedroom is similarly appointed with an en-suite bathroom, tub/shower combo, and closet.

Conveniently located with close proximity to restaurants and the beach, Emmons Realty is proud to add this home to our collection.

(Fine print and some rules)

There is an elevator that services all floors of the home. Only 1 car can be parked in the front driveway. An additional car can be parked in the garage. Only 2 cars are allowed on the property. Additional cars have to be parked in the public parking, one block away. Renters must be at least 25 years old. The golf cart is provided at no additional charge and is included as a courtesy to enhance your stay. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be issued in the event of a golf cart malfunction.

$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be granted for early departure. If booking through Airbnb, you will only be subject to their deposit policies.

Very disappointed-elevator does not work golf cart is not safe or legal

Houses in a great location and large, but has for total levels, so there is a lot of steps. The headline advertisement for the home is that has a functional elevator for the four floors and a golf cart that is safe and legal to use in the neighborhood – that is why I rented the house. I’m in my mid 60s with a new knee. The elevator never did work for our entire stay. I informed management of that within the first hour. they told me to make sure all the doors were closed on all the levels so I painfully did that three times and the elevator still didn’t work. Management and the owner do not care and did not follow up. The golf cart was almost worse. We were stopped by a local when we tried to use it brake lights don’t work. The mechanical condition is very questionable and it is not properly strobed per the ordinance. There is nasty black mold in the master bedroom bath. The grill is totally nasty and the furniture in the main room is stained.. This rental is in total breach of contract as the headline features of the golf cart and the elevator, we’re not features we were able to use. The owner has offered no resolution want to make a formal complaint to Vrbo, the issues in the lack of response to the issues are totally unacceptable

Best time for my family

We had so much fun. Great location. We took a golf cart to eat and walked to the beach. Lots of space to spread out. The elevator was great with so many stairs. We had a great time.

The location of this house is fantastic: 300 steps to sand and less than that to a wonderful brewery. Here is the big negative: there is a significant mold problem in this house. You can smell it as soon as you walk in the door. It is visibly obvious on the 3rd level on ceilings and around outlet/switch covers. I kept wanting to go up into the attic but my wife would not let me. I am someone who deals with mold often in my rentals and flips -- not something that scares me. However, this owner should know about and address this growing problem. Smaller issues: glass pot for the coffee maker does not fit. Coffee won't brew because of it. I would also recommend a sign for the golf cart that says 'Hold down the gas pedal until the cart starts moving. Can take up to 30 seconds.' We thought the cart wasn't working and were about 10 minutes from renting another golf cart.

Great Location for Wedding at King & Prince

We didn’t have small kids, but townhome had crib, high chair, etc. Golf cart was great. Bikes, beach chairs were great addition even if we didn’t have time for that type of fun. Everyone loved having their own porch off each bedroom. We were thankful for all the throw blankets as it was a very chilly weekend. Our wedding photographer came by to take photos of all the groomsmen getting ready and the back drive with the trees made a great backdrop. Only 2 parking spaces did become an issue as we had many people who stopped by through the weekend to visit with the groom. Also, very nosy permanent neighbor who apparently likes to complain about anything. We had guest at our wedding who stayed at the same location last year and had same experience with the neighbor. We would stay again for a family weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 5 of us staying at this cute townhome. 4 adults and one 9 year old boy. We absolutely loved the charm of this townhome!!! Here are the Pros:1) So much space and many different levels for families to spread out. 2) The elevator was a hit for sure! 3) The master bedroom on the 2nd floor (3rd from elevator) was amazing. The bed was so comfortable I would love to know what type of mattress and pillows were used. I had the best nights sleep ever and found myself wanting to make excuses to go lay down! 4) The location to the beach was minutes (walking or riding a bike). 5) The selection of bikes available was great! We rode for miles on the beach, collected shells, and enjoyed the atmosphere. 6) The golf cart was another big hit. We used it to head down to Pier Village, touring around and just having fun. 7) The Property Management team was great! We had a broken Keurig and they arrived within minutes in the rain with a brand new one! And also got us more pods. Anytime I had a question or request, they responded within minutes.There were a few cons. 1) If using the bath in the 2nd floor master, the hot water was great. However, the shower took more than 10 min to receive somewhat warm water and the shower on the 3rd floor had the same issue. 2) There was a smell (more like an old home smell, not completely unpleasant) and we couldn't figure out why. Our last night we looked under the kitchen sink and noticed the back of the cabinet/wall was soaked with water; an apparent leak from somewhere. 3) The furniture was nice, not exactly in perfect condition and had some stains (not overall a true con), but when I noticed hair on my bed sheets before ever sleeping in it, I was a little turned off. 4) The kitchen seemed well stocked except for flatware. There didn't seem to be enough for more than a family of 4. We had a fabulous time staying here and would definitely recommend the charming townhome.

We have been to the island several times and stayed at multiple locations. We have never had a bad experience and the accommodations have always been top notch. This year was our absolute fav. The location is superb. Steps from the beach and a gold cart away from the inlet. Walked to dinner every night! Home was very clean, necessities were adequate and beach accessories were plenty!

Clean. Comfortable. Kitchen super well stocked. Beds and linens were amazing. Fantastic location. Enough room and space to gather as a group or retreat to private bedrooms. Golf cart was a game changer for cruising around the island. Close to Pelican Market or Coffee Cottage for a nice little stop on the way to the beach. Loved it.

We loved riding bikes and driving the golf cart around the island. The townhouse at 311 Neptune was wonderful! Very clean and nicely appointed. Spacious both indoors and outdoors with several balconies. We loved the private elevator, so handy when we loaded and unloaded the car, and we used it to go between floors just because we could. The rental also had a golf cart, we loved driving it around the island. Emmons Realty staff were very friendly and helpful, will rent with them again. We plan to stay here on our next trip to St. Simons Island!

A Short Lovely Walk to the Beach

We couldn't have asked for a nicer or cleaner rental. Although my husband and I were the only renters, there are three well-appointed bedrooms, three 1/2 baths, a crib, a comfortable family room, a screened-in porch, as well as several balconies -- lots of places to congregate with family or just read a book or suntan by yourself. The townhouse is equipped with SMART TVs and fast internet, and the bed in our Master Suite was very comfortable. The beach was so convenient; we were able to take leisurely morning and evening walks. And there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance too: Echo (with a view of the ocean) at the King and Prince Resort, Crab Daddy's, The Crab Trap, and Barrier Island Brewing (great burgers and brew) if you don't want to drive the short drive to many other area restaurants on Mallery St and Ocean Blvd. The unit's garage offered a big golf cart for at least six people, bikes, pool chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and a wagon to transport everything to the beach. Besides enjoying the beach and shopping, we climbed the lighthouse and visited the WWII Homefront Museum and Fort Frederica. We also went to Jekyll Island, took a historical home tour, and visited the Georgia Sea Turtle Center. Everything was readily accessible and affordable. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Location!

We had such a good time!! The location of this home is just perfect! We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants and ride around on the golf cart. We loved our visit and are already thinking about our next one!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this townhouse was perfect! Quick walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants on the island. Having a golf cart was an added bonus for a quick ride to the village. The townhouse was spacious and perfect for our combined families. Emmons Realty was easy to work with and answered any questions we had promptly. I would definitely recommend staying at 311 Neptune!

Golf cart was a hit to get around town and enjoy breakfast lunch and dinner. Couldn’t ask for much more. Was worth every Penny spent.

Great stay on St Simon Island!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place for us to spend 5 weeks this Winter! The house had everything we needed - including a golf cart and bicycles.It was a 2 block walk to a great SSI beach that stretched for miles in each direction. The small town was less than a mile away with many restaurants. The Emmons team was very responsive and accommodating! We will be returning to this lovely spot!
