The Clubhouse at Rivergrass

This charming village-inspired chalet backs onto Monterra Golf Course and boasts panoramic views of the mountains before heading into your front door. Less than a 10-minute stroll to the story-book shops and restaurants that keep the village thriving, you can also opt to take the shuttle right from your unit. A day on the slopes awaits you within walking distance, or take a quick drive to the Toronto or Craigleith Ski Club with downtown Collingwood just over 10 minutes in the opposite direction. Hop on the nearby Georgian Trail, where you can enjoy cross-country skiing or snowshoe and cozy up to the fireplace in your Rivergrass retreat at the end of the day.

The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.

Whether you’re using this as a hub for your outdoor activities or a private oasis to enjoy a quiet space surrounded by nature, you’ll find everything you need at 211 Rivergrass.

Kitchen
The updated kitchen boasts convenience, complete with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Whether you’re enjoying a meal or just using the space for your morning coffee, you can appreciate the open-concept layout for easy access to the dining area with a direct view of the golf course. Save the space in your suitcase; all you need to bring is your food, spices, and coffee. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and utensils.

Living Room
This exceptional Great Room was designed for guests to enjoy the abundance of natural light through the oversized windows surrounding the room, featuring vaulted ceilings for a bright and spacious feel. Entertain by the fire after your evening stroll to the village or enjoy a movie on a night-in on the flat-screen TV. Just steps away from your balcony walkout, enjoy a glimpse of the mountains without ever leaving your private retreat.

Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited

4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.

5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.

8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.

The property was nice but I thought I was booking a VRBO, not sure how it turned out to be Property Valet. Anyway the chalet was fine for our needs.

Needed proper cleaning

Location and overall appearance of this property was great! Host was easy to reach and obliging. However, the space needed a major dusting and common surfaces in the kitchen and dining room hadn’t been cleaned upon arrival. The unit also had a spider infestation, many in the unit and the outside covered in webs. Our party was willing to clean surfaces but there were no cleaning supplies in the unit whatsoever. Had to contact host. Even when a cleaner was sent to do a better job he did a quick wipe and was gone. We ended up having to go out buy a basic cleaner to have on hand during our stay. The space could also use a few more amenities such as more dishes, proper hair dryer, filters for coffee machine, extra dish towels, table cloth, placemats, Kleenex, even a broom and dust pan. We would likely stay at another unit in the same location but stay away from this particular one in future.

Could be so much better
The general property is great. The location is great. The town is great.But the condo not so much.We booked it for a family of six for three nights but:‱ Not enough linens,‱ Kitchen is poorly stocked
not even foil wrap‱ Pans where the Teflon is peeling
hello?‱ Utensils with food stuck to them in the drawer‱ One dish towel for washing and one for drying‱ Drawers that stick or hit the counter top‱ A bathroom door that is difficult to open when closed‱ Dust and cobwebs in a lot of places including the blinds.‱ Blinds that are broken and does no one clean windows??‱ A used vape cartridge under the dresserI would think that a unit for sale like this one would be in far better condition to attract a buyer.We will return to Blue Mountain but certainly will avoid this unit!!
