This is an unfortunate review. We conduct detailed inspections after each guest and prior to the next check-in. We take photos of the entire home and spend anywhere between 30-1 hour inspecting for cleanliness, damage, making sure the home is stocked with all cleaning supplies, TP, paper towels, etc. Nowhere in the report or the photos show any of these cleanliness complaints. Maybe we did indeed miss it and for that, we apologize. The guest never called us or reported any of this or we would have had the cleaning crew come back immediately. We hope future guests reading this review will understand and if anything like this were to happen, please call us immediately so we can make it right.

Thank you for the feedback. This is odd because we conduct detailed inspections after every single reservation and before the upcoming check-in. I was at the home for an inspection 1 week before this renter and did not smell anything. We received a 5 star review from the guest that checked out two days prior to this guest checking in. We had the carpets cleaned the day before check-in because during my inspection, I noticed the previous tenants had spilled coffee in the master bedroom and living room. They apologized and paid for it. We have the receipt. When this guest reached out to us we were prompt and asked if we could stop by. They said no. We came in immediately after with both property managers and cleaners and could not smell what they are speaking of. We deep-cleaned the areas anyways that they are speaking of and have had all 5 star reviews since. We take pride in cleanliness and please reach out to us with any questions.
