River Rock Cabins offers you the old western town feel with gorgeous views of Mt. Baldy, steps away from the Frio River (Mager's crossing. All rentals have Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchens, fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ pit.

1 Loft / 1 Bathroom

River Rock Cabin #4 is a tiny home / cabin is settled in the perfect spot with views of Mt. Baldy and a minute walk to the Frio River. Enjoy your mornings on the patio with your coffee or your evenings grilling out. Front porch offers great views of Mt. Baldy at Garner State Park and private back porch offers privacy.
* Loft area = Queen mattress. You MUST be able to climb a ladder to access the loft.
* You can sleep 4 but we recommend 2 adults and 2 children MAX to be more comfortable. Please note that this cabin is essentially a tiny home and there isn't much room for storage and does not offer a closet.
* This home does NOT have a separate bedroom.
* One bathroom with a stand-up shower.
* Kitchen stocked with all items needed to cook a meal (no food or spices).
* Dining/living area combined and a dining bar to sit 4.
* There is a 55″ Roku Smart TV.
* Fiber Optic WiFi available.
* Outside you have your own private BBQ pit, firepit and picnic table.

* We have provided a starter pack of supplies for your stay that include 1 roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags. All beds have comforters, pillows, and mattress pads.
* Cell service is not great; AT&T & T-Mobile seem to be some of the only phone carriers that have service.

* Check-in is at 3:00 pm. The cabin has a keyless entry system to make it easy for your arrival. Checkout is at 11:00 am. You do not need to check in or out at an office. You will receive your arrival instructions with your access code about a week before check-in.
* River access – You can access the river at Magers Crossing, just a short 1–2 minute walk away.
