Summary:
This newly remodeled, Penthouse unit is the perfect place to enjoy the city and come back to a space that is relaxing and contains a fully stocked kitchen! Your large group will have plenty of beds/space. The unit is approx. 1,800 sq/ft. There is a total of 7 queen beds, and 2 full bathrooms.

A+ location, located @ North and LaSalle.

Parking: There is a parking garage 1 block away that you can walk to in about 45 seconds. Spots are rented for around $15 a night! Park many cars!

Great place for big groups!

Great rental experience for a bigger group! It’s a good location to get to both Lincoln Park and Downtown, and we all loved our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Place was great for our group of 10! Close to a bunch of bars and restaurants and short uber to most attractions. There are more stairs than we expected for someone disabled in our group (4-5 flights) but we made it work

This was the worst rental experience I have ever had! DISGUSTING!I have rented many homes over the years, and this VRBO property was by far the most unacceptable. The condition of the home was shocking: MOLD under the sink, outlets jammed into walls, gum on the window sill, peeling paint, mold under the kitchen sink, a dishwasher not secured to the cabinets, and no smoke detector until we requested one. The floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes inside, a closet door fell off when opened, and the linens and towels were extremely poor quality.Instead of a joyful wedding weekend, it turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. This property would not pass basic safety or housing inspections. Even a VRBO support representative said he would not allow his own family to stay there after seeing the photos.If you have this property booked, I strongly recommend cancelling!

Great location, lots of space

It was super easy to get to. Great location right in old town. Just a couple blocks from the park and an easy walk to the lake. Definitely a good price and exactly what we needed.

This was a great location for the 2025 Chicago Marathon. Could watch our runner in two locations. Host was quick with replies, very easy check in/out, plenty of space and beds. There are steps to the unit if that is an issue for you but it was fine for us. We used the parking garage across the street thru Spot Hero. Would stay here again.

This rental was a great location and comfortable for our large group of 9- could have easily fit more. The apartment itself is very no frills, but easy to find, spacious, and a good deal. Dan was very responsive.

Great Place, Great For Groups

We loved the location and cleanliness of the property. It’s in a great safe location for getting just about anywhere in the city. There’s a parking garage across the street that you can get great deals with using Spot Hero. The unit was obviously recently renovated And worked out great. Lots of beds and space!

Great location by Lincoln Park

This property is huge for a city apartment. Our family of 5 (two parents, three kids) had plenty of space. The newly updated kitchen is very pretty. It is a short walk to many restaurants and Lincoln Park Zoo. The property manager was very responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This family trip works perfectly for our 12 family members. The location was great in old town and close to beach and other good places. We only wanted a mirror outside the bathroom so we do not have to wait for someone getting out of the bathroom just fto use the mirror. Otherwise everything was good.

Chicago Marathon

Location was amazing for the marathon route. The unit was clean. The staircase heading to the unit had a strange odor. Great spot cannot beat it. The fees and Chicago taxes were steep, no fault of the owner.
