Comfort and excitement was at the top of our minds when creating this space. Luxury furnishings, high end mattresses and sheets, large kitchen and open living environment for all kinds of entertainment. You can’t beat it! This home has four bedrooms and two full baths. The master has king sized memory foam mattress with a 47’ flat screen TVs, as well as a large walking closet as well as a jacuzzi tub. The other three bedrooms have a queen size beds with top of the line memory foam mattress. Right off the front door we feature a inviting game room with vintage games for all kinds of fun, then lead into a 8 foot pool table for some heathy competition! The heart of the home is the main living space, accompanied by a clean and spacious kitchen with all the cooking necessities your heart can desire! With our open living room we offer a beautiful fire place and a 59’ flat screen TV! With two thermostats, you can keep the home as comfortable as you’d like.

We had a great little family reunion. Nice large house and good setup for gatherings. Had slight issues with the pool but owner quickly responded and resolved.

Family Time in Gilbert

The home was the perfect place for our group of 5 adults to stay at night while visiting relatives in Gilbert during the day. The home was spacious and clean and four bedrooms was great for our needs during this trip. The host was very responsive and communicated well.

Perfect for a Bridal Shower

This home had the perfect amount of space for my daughter’s bridal shower. We had room for a photo wall, craft area, drinks, food and games with extra space to mingle. I reserved this sweet Gilbert home five months before our event. The host was prompt in responding to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this home.

Great Gilbert Home with everything

We celebrated my wife’s birthday here and it was great! Spacious home, palatial pool, nice outdoor kitchen, and even a pool table. A few issues but our host handled them swiftly.

Such a great place

I rented this place for a small baby shower for my best friend. The house was perfect for the shower. We had less than 20 people. I liked that it has events allowed. The huge kitchen was exactly what we needed for the food and the living room was huge and allowed everyone to sit. We stayed the night to make sure we could clean up and have time before checkout. Contact with the manager was easy and effortless. very happy with our stay!

One Day Away

The property was wonderful & was perfect for the surprise party. There were only a few hiccups 1. When we arrived the cleaning ladies were still there until after our check-in time, they even asked us to finish the laundry from the previous people who stayed which was no problem since we needed them to leave 2. The outdoor shower did not work for us c3. The pool was dirty but we were able to clean it with the cleaning net. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Overall this was one of the best rentals we have stayed in !!

Spacious

Property exactly as shown. Clean, good size bedrooms, both showers water pressure was fabulous. Plenty of towels. Only negative were the beds. They were very squeaky - every time you turned over they would be so loud. And the mattresses were not very comfortable. But even given that, I would stay there again Oh and it would have been helpful if there were mirrors in all the bedrooms

Great place!!!

What a beautiful place. I have a few suggestions but they are not complaints! 1. Can’t use outside shower cause it is overwhelmed with spiders!!!! Suggest an exterminator or a landscaper to trim the foliage attracting them 2. Pool table: turn it 90 degrees because you hit the wall the way it is. Fortunately we have our own cues but one is very broken and needs to be replaced 3. Waterfall on pool worked for about an hour then never turned on again- maybe some additional instructions??? 4. Large bowls and serving plates… kitchen has most needs but some large serving items would be helpful. 5. It is great to have access to the garage… unclear if we were allowed to park in it. Maybe some rules in the binder??? It was a great place to stage our event and we had a great time!!! Will use again and would highly recommend

Weekend Getaway- Nice Home

We traveled to Arizona for my cousins wedding. This home fit all of our needs as my husband and I were traveling with my grandma and great aunt. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Kitchen/living room was great but couch was uncomfortable for my 6’2” husband. He had to lay down in order to use it. He could not sit on it. It was very low to the ground. Pool table was a nice feature but the size of the room it was in made it hard to play. Pool area was nice, but needed some spring cleaning. Not sure if the pool was fully cleaned before our arrival but definitely could have used a sweep. Lots of leaves in there. There were a lot of dead palm leaves around the pool area. There was only one outdoor chair that we could use. The loungers were not for sitting, only to lay flat and were not comfortable. Would have liked to have some additional chairs in the pool area to lounge around on. Overall it was a great home for our stay, but it would definitely use some upgrades.

Not “luxury”

This property was not luxury- nasty stains on the carpet, dangerous tripping hazards with the curled up corners of the area rugs, stained cushions by the pool, broken stuff everywhere, beeping smoke detectors (which the owner did have the cleaning lady come and fix), broken always running toilet (which the cleaning lady did fix but broke again before we left so you had to lift the lid and get your hands wet to flush), ran out of toilet paper, there wasn’t even one box of Kleenex, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the kitchen sink was dirty and the laundry room sink had black mold, the shower tracks were gross, the pool table was unusable because it was in such a small room and there was no chalk anyway, the mattresses all had deep “valleys” and needed replacing, the location and neighborhood were good but the neighbors dogs barked a lot during the night, the pool was not clean, the list just goes on. I just think if you advertise something as “luxury accommodations” it should be super clean and well maintained- this was neither.

Needs supplies

We had no extra toilet paper, propane, lighter, iron, ironing board… we had to buy a lot of standard things that should come supplied, I did get a 75.00 refund. We had 6 people in the house, it’s plenty big enough. Beautiful back yard..
