There is no need to load everyone into the car or drive to a public access area. Your family can walk down to the water to swim, fish, launch the kayaks, relax in the shade, or simply enjoy the lake views.

The dock includes shaded seating and a swimming ladder, making it easy to spend an entire afternoon beside the water. Bring snacks, fishing poles, and towels, then settle in for a true Kentucky Lake day.

Guests may also bring their own boat and use the dock for convenient boat tie-up during their stay.

Children must always be supervised near the lake and dock, and all water activities are enjoyed at guests’ own risk.

Screened Porch with Private Hot Tub

The screened porch is one of Driftwood Retreat’s most popular year-round spaces.

The private six-person hot tub provides a relaxing place for parents and families to unwind after boating, fishing, hiking, or exploring Land Between the Lakes. Because the hot tub is inside the screened porch, guests can enjoy it with fewer bugs and better protection from changing weather.

The porch also includes seating and dining space, making it a comfortable place for morning coffee, afternoon conversations, family meals, or quiet evenings surrounded by the woods.

Whether you visit in July or January, the screened-porch hot tub gives your family a reason to look forward to every evening.

The queen-over-queen bunk room provides significantly more room than a traditional twin bunk bed, making it suitable for children, teens, or adults.

Optional On-Site Pontoon and Jet Ski Rentals

Turn your family getaway into a complete Kentucky Lake vacation with optional on-site watercraft rentals.

Pontoon boats and jet skis may be available from April 15 through September 15 for an additional fee. Rentals are weather- and availability-dependent and should be reserved in advance.

Watercraft rentals are operated separately by Warner Boat Rentals LLC and require a rental agreement and waiver.

The private hot tub and two kayaks are included with your Driftwood Retreat reservation. Pontoon and jet ski rentals are optional add-ons.
