Quiet and clean

Cozy, clean and quiet. Loved the upstairs with original hardwood floors and cozy feel. Screen in front door needs to be repaired as we could not keep the outside door open for fear of bugs getting in.

Loved it!

Beautiful home and location! Wonderful amenities. Loved that it had a wood smell as soon as we walked in. Had a classic, homey, and relaxing feel to it. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay, rustic cabin in the woods

The place was just as advertised- great to sit on the porch deck in the evening and listen to the spring peepers and birds. Brian was very responsive to our questions. We have definitely bookmarked this place for future stays in the area.

Bad weather, great stay!

Our family booked the cabin for a visit with a relative who recently moved to the Murray area. There was lots of space for gathering and being together- we had 7 adults visit comfortably. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and has a decent selection of spices and condiments on hand. Coffee maker, Keurig, and an electric kettle as well as toaster and microwave. Appliances are updated. Brian should be in the host hall of fame! He was very responsive to questions prior to the visit as well as to issues that came up during our stay. We were there during extremely cold weather, and there were some problems. But Brian sprang into action with solutions and timely communication. The cabin is cozy, clean, and has beautiful wooded views. We would love to stay again during the summer or fall!

Perfect Cabin in the Woods

We had a perfect stay in this sweet cabin in the woods of Calloway County. Easy access for my elderly father. Very clean for the asthmatics in our bunch. Christmas decor was a beautiful touch to our small family Christmas gathering and the well stocked kitchen made preparing a family meal quite easy. Only issue we couldn’t find the blow dryer but warmer weather made it alright to air dry our hair. Other than that no other surprises. We are already planning a return trip in warmer weather.

Secluded and Charming

Loved this space, with lovely trees all around. What a great job the owners have done working with the integrity of the older space while incorporating every amenity. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Quiet in the woods

I really enjoyed my stay at this cabin in the woods. I was looking for some peace and quiet and definitely found it. I enjoyed some time around the firepit, listening to the acorns and hickory nuts fall from the trees and saw deer in the woods. Inside the cabin I really enjoyed the chaise lounge and the queen bed was very comfortable. Wifi worked well, though cell signal was limited for me (AT&T), just for reference. Not an issue for me, as I wanted to unplug anyway. Kitchen was well equipped. I would stay here again and will recommend to friends.

Very quiet easily accessible GREAT COUNTRY SETTING! All the amenities you need and more!! Wrap around porch with flattop grill! Kitchen fully loaded for any cooking y would like to do! Up to date in all area! Looking forward to staying again!

Beautiful, private getaway

Stayed 3 nights, Friday through Sunday. Went out Sunday and did some stuff. Nice place, clean, properyt manager was very communicative, highly recommend if you want a quiet, cool place in the woods to chill for a few days.

Secluded, clean cabin!

My family and dog enjoyed four peaceful nights in this very clean, well appointed cabin. It was so secluded, which was perfect for us. A highlight was the Blackstone grill! We cooked so much good food. If you want a serene setting, this is the one for you!

A peaceful stay in the woods

This beautiful home was stocked with any household essential you might need. Front and back deck overlooking the woods as well as a fire pit and pre chopped wood to burn. This house has everything you need to feel welcomed and at home overnight or a lengthy stay. I would absolutely recommend!
