The space
Sleeps 8. Includes one King bed, two Queen beds, one upgraded foam mattress sofa sleeper and one pack and play. All bedding is luxury Hotel grade including 400 thread count soft cotton sheets and high-quality pillows.
The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are fully stocked with all the essential items needed for your stay.
The property is fully fenced with a quiet and peaceful private patio perfect for relaxing afternoons. Washer and dryer in property. Iron and ironing board in house.

Amazing house!

We had a group of 7 people staying at the house and had plenty of room. House was very clean and in a great location. Host was very responsive and we had no issues. We definitely would stay there again. Highly recommend! Our only recommendation would be to add a full length mirror in the house.

College Parents

This condo was perfect walking distance to everything. It was very clean and spacious. Only one weird thing was that there was no laundry detergent available (we just used our daughter's that we were visiting), a dirty used sponge was left in the sink (just threw it away), and a partially drank water bottle was in the fridge (I wonder if we were supposed to have two water bottles when we arrived since one was in the super cute welcome basket). These were obviously very minor and we really loved the condo.

Great stay near BSU

The property was perfect for our Mom's weekend visit. The 3 bedrooms with their own baths was perfect for getting ready. The house was well-supplied with spices, coffee, toiletries and all we needed. Everything was very clean and quite comfortable. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful home. Loved being so close to the Boise State campus to visit our daughter. Very clean and loved having a garage. A suggestion would be to have a full length mirror.

The details make a difference

This is a great property. All brand new and updated finishes. They thought of all of the details - lots of counterspace in the bathrooms, spices and coffee provided. The sheets were especially soft and the bath towels were fluffy. Communicating with the host was super easy and she was very responsive.

Wonderful home!!!

This is a terrific place to stay. Everything was just perfect! We stayed for a week, visiting family, and had a wonderful time.This is a home that you can enjoy. Excellent communication with owner if you need to speak with them, otherwise they will let you enjoy your time with no interruptions.

Awesome house and location!

We loved how close to town this house was! Everything was new and clean! Super nice! We also loved the 2 master suites and each bedroom has its own bathroom! Perfect!

Boise retreat

The house had everything you needed from dishes to laundry detergent. Very clean and new feeling Loved the location too! It was right down the street from Boise State and downtown.

Close to Boise St

Great location and property. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like I was the first person to ever stay here it was so clean. Plenty of space to sit and have a drink inside by the fireplace and a quiet neighborhood. Garage parking is a plus and we were less than 5 minutes to the heart of Boise St

Sleep well!

This home was built with silence in mind as we didn’t hear any noise during evenings and more importantly, nights! Join having awesome beds to quiet nights totally equals joy! It really does make a difference. It’s great having three separate bedrooms with three separate bathrooms. One king and one queen are upstairs and both are en suite. The main level queen bedroom has a bathroom next to it on the hall with an awesome walk in in shower. Double sinks in there as well as the king bedroom. There are two awesome washer and dryers both extra large capacity and new. She has everything you could possibly need except for food. When I reached out to her, she answered promptly, which was important to me. I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Boise, because you just can’t beat this place!

I am originally from Ukraine. In my 20s I moved out to Naples Italy with my daughter .I enjoyed the new adventure and met my husband. In 2013, we moved to Miami Florida and began to invest in real estate by creating and redesigning homes for families. Our family grew up to 5 . After living in Miami for a few years and taking a road trip across the country we fell in love with Boise! The mountains, fresh air, and the community felt like home.

I enjoy spending quality time with my family, taking trips up in the mountains, fishing, and biking.
