When you notified us on the second day regarding the hot tub, we responded immediately and sent our team out to inspect it. Prior to your arrival, the hot tub had been professionally cleaned and serviced, with photo and video documentation confirming its condition. Upon inspection, our team determined the condition was the result of use during the stay, and we advised that retreating the water would result in an additional service charge. We also take concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance seriously, but many of the claims made in this review are inconsistent with both our documented pre-arrival inspections and the experience of hundreds of previous guests. Across all platforms, we have earned hundreds of 5-star reviews by providing clean, well-maintained homes and responsive customer service. We were especially disappointed by the manner in which our staff was treated during these interactions, as our team made every effort to address concerns quickly and professionally. We also note that mention of a retaliatory review was made during communication with our staff. We always welcome constructive feedback and continuously work to improve, but we also believe it is important that future guests have the full context surrounding a situation.
