Sterling Shores 502 is a 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo that is beautifully decorated with newly renovated flooring and furnishing that sleeps 8 comfortably. It has a spacious and luxurious living space that is perfect to host your family for a memorable vacation. The Master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a soak tub and walk-in shower. The Guest bedrooms have a Queen bed in one room and full over full bunk beds in the other with the living room having a queen sleeper sofa! Enjoy watching the sunset or the sunrise from your private balcony. It's close to all of the best restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Sterling Shores is a gated community with a 4300 sq. ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping and 240 ft of beach. Sterling Shores is a gated, 11-story complex in the heart of Destin. Boasting a 4300 sq. ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines. You have to check out Sterling Shores vacation rentals for yourself!

Area Attractions:

Sterling Shores is located in close proximity to Henderson Beach State Park and is near great restaurants and attractions like The Destin Track and Big Kahunas Water Park. Wander the 100 ft down to the beachfront Back Porch restaurant for a bite or drink. Happy Ours is in a wonderful location.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

The check in process could not be easier..The property is and older one but is still very well maintained…the private beach access is great…the condo is well appointed and clean..the say was 5 stars across the board

Dreamy vacation

We had the best vacation! My family of six (with kids ranging from 2 yr to 15 yr old) all enjoyed the property! It was so clean and comfortable. We loved the pools and the easy, short walk to the private beach! It was easy to go back home if we forgot something, needed to make lunch, or put the baby down for a nap. It was also conveniently located to several restaurants and stores! We've already told several friends about the property and would definitely stay here again!

We came had an issue with the washer and they were excellent and getting it working they actually brought in a new one. April was our first contact she was awesome. Gave us a lot of good information the TVs. Have to many remotes.

4th vacation

Very comfortable bedding. Elevator access sucks! Everyone we talked to- said NEVER AGAIN, AND THIS INCLUDES OUR FAMILY. Elevators took forever. At least an hour getting to our room and an hour trying to get an elevator down. Pathetic!
