This was a great option for our family. We visit the Scottsdale area quite often and always stay in a hotel. It is very spacious and the back yard and pool is very nice. Highly recommend this home.

The accommodations were generally okay, but the master bed is much too soft, the back yard had a bunch of water balloon remnants, the pool was a mess because of a tree nearby constantly dropping pollen and debris, the property management company was slow to respond and even slower to take care of things or make things right. Overall, everything was just okay and we expected more based on the listing description and the price.

As noted during your stay, the pool is professionally serviced on a weekly schedule, and with the natural desert environment and nearby trees, some debris can accumulate between cleanings, especially with wind. Regarding responsiveness, our records reflect that we were in consistent communication with you throughout your stay. Our response time policy, included in the arrival information, notes responses within 24 hours, with a goal of responding within an hour when possible. We worked to address concerns as they were raised and coordinated with vendors accordingly. With respect to the trash, we had also communicated that scheduled pickup was occurring that day. To be proactive, we dispatched our handyman within an hour of your message to address it, and upon arrival, the bins were found to be empty. We also note that during the stay, there were requests for concessions tied to the review process. As outlined in VRBO’s review guidelines, reviews are intended to reflect the stay experience and are not to be used to seek refunds or additional compensation. We appreciate your feedback on the home, including bed comfort, and will take it into consideration. Thank you again for your stay.

BEAUTIFUL....but needs a few handyman and housekeeping items taken care of, before the next stay....

This is a beautiful property but has a few housekeeping items that need to be addressed in order to enjoy the stay a little more!

Beautiful Property - Great Location and Management

The location of the house is well situated near shopping and good restaurants. Overall, the property is beautiful. The backyard is perfectly set up. The pool is awesome and there is ample seating areas. It looks out over the desert and a golf course, which you experience the desert from the pool without being too close to golfers passing by. The master bed room is huge and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen and living areas are well done and make for a great gathering area with family. Overall, I want to give it 5 stars as it has so much potential. However, it needs some minor fixes and tweaks. There are a few misc things around the house that need a handyman (simple things like facets that are loose or cabinet doors not set properly). They are minor, but need to be fixed. The most frustrating thing to discover as we went to make drinks is there is no ice-machine in the house. There is a nice refrigerator, but it’s not hooked up to the water line for ice. I was told there is a separate counter-top ice machine in the laundry room, but that did not work. However, the property management company was VERY GOOD to work with. When I would text about something they immediately responded. When I was frustrated about the ice they quickly had several big bags of ice delivered. They more than made up for a few minor frustrations. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again. I hope they just address a few minor things.
