Given the home is in a rural area, as stated in the listing, the road can be darker than expected. Your suggestion for motion‑sensor lighting is appreciated and will be passed along to our maintenance team. As noted in the listing, this is an older home and some flooring is uneven, though it remains fully functional and safe. Recent patchwork has been addressed, and the ceiling is structurally sound. We’ll also have our team evaluate whether the sofa needs a professional steam cleaning. We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the water; the well pump breaker had tripped, and we provided instructions as soon as the cause was identified. This can commonly happen in any home and we were glad it was an easy fix during your stay. Pest and animal control have since treated the property in addition to their regularly scheduled visits. While occasional pest sightings can occur in rural areas during this season, we understand how unsettling that must have been, of course. We thank you for notifying us to this.
