Misleading

This owner states in the listing that this is a LUXURIOUS accommodation that has been COMPLETELY REMODELED.. Completely false description. There was NOTHING LUXURIOUS about this residence. I stayed at this property solely based on others reviews- I just wished they would have told the truth. The LACK of pictures of this property is your first red flag! We were late getting to the house because we were stuck in traffic with interstate shut down for over 3 hours in SC. Prior to arrival I get a text from Corderro that the code to get in the door would be the last 4 digits of my phone number. When we arrive at 11:15 the code doesn’t work. We called, text, and messaged Corderro for 45 minutes trying to get him to get us into the property (with no luck). Thankfully, there was an open window next to the door and we were able to get in. We FINALLY get a response from the owner at 2:08 AM- that the code to the door was a different 4 digit code. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1)daybed with trundle, (1) queen bed and (1) King bed. The house was FILTHY. Feet were black from dirty floors and tiles broken all over the place. There were mouse droppings all over the place including the beds. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty (even with hair on them). The baseboards were black with dirt, the cabinets in bathroom were filthy brown, the cabinets in the kitchen black with grime and filth and above the refrigerator had BLACK MOLD. Needless to say- we will NOT RETURN.

Vrbo rental

Nice house with plenty of space and room for guests to move around in. Plenty of privacy in rooms and a spacious kitchen for kids or guests to move about without being on top of each other . Only issue we had was a stray outside critter but it’s expected since the property is located near water and woods . No issues with contacting property owner and issue was resolved .

Perfect location!

The owner was amazing and very accomodating. I locked myself out late at night and he was there with in minutes to let me in. He is very reachable and there for anything needed. The house was amazing, beds felt like sleeping on clouds- way better than a hotels. It was very clean and spacious. The pool table and dart board kept my teens very entertained and with TVs in every room felt like home away from home. The house is very close to almost everything going north or south, Tanger outlets for example was a quick 10 to 15 minute drive. Can't say enough great things. When back in the area, hope to be able to stay here again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. When we arrived, check in was easy. The tvs were on playing relaxing music which was a nice welcome. Other than having more towels, our visit was great. Thank you!

Exactly what we were looking for


We visited the area for the first time due to our son having a baseball event in Southaven. This place was just perfect for us. Close to the ballpark (15min), stores, restaurants, etc. The area was very nice. The house had everything we needed and more. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the playroom as a family every evening. Coffee maker didn’t work, we let Corderro know and he dropped off a brand new coffee maker the next day. We did find the cutest coffee shop in town called Central Coffee. The whole family enjoyed that place. Communication with Corderro was excellent. He was always available to answer any questions. We recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Necessary trip

We had to come to Hernando from Virginia to bring our working dog for additional training. The location, size and house we’re everything we needed. Corderro was the BEST! Y’all that arcade system is amazing! We’ll be back in a few weeks and hope it’s available again. Thanks Corderro!!! See you soon.

This location reads as if it’s in MS instead of TN. I ended up booking a different hotel when I read the location. I lost money yesterday. I wish the address would read TN instead of MS. I hate that due to the misleading address I was not able to get my money back.

Great location / Spacious

Family of (6 adults) stayed here during an event we had over the weekend in Southaven. Plenty of space & room for 6. Great TVs in all the rooms (even the kitchen), however we were too exhausted to enjoy. Very old home that has had an attempt of updates / still needs some work and water temp has been reversed. Hot is cold and cold is hot...needs a bigger coffee pot. Needs more pictures listed of rooms and backyard. Also better list of amenities would be nice. Host was friendly and responsive. Left snacks & waters for arrival and had plenty of items on hand (in case you needed laundry deter/soap,shampoo's etc). Regardless...would definitely stay at again & recommend if in the area.

Amazing stay!!! We will definitely be back!!!

This VRBO rental was very clean with an open floor plan and very spacious. Decorated with great taste while also having all the amenities. Very good washer and dryer. Multiple bathrooms. A HUGE billiards room with pool table, dart board, and corn hole. Also provided with several board games for family fun and quality time. We came at Christmas to visit family and it was even decorated with a Christmas tree and tensil. Very large tvs in every room complete with roku. Hosts are very communicative and responsive. Check in and check out was easy and quick with no hassles. Location is Pristine. 10 minutes from the interstate, 10 minutes from Walmart, Starbucks, and restaurants, 20 minutes from the mall, and huge plaza center for shopping, and about 22 minutes from the tanger outlet mall. Minutes from everything you’d need but in a quiet safe location with a pond in the backyard. We visit this place often and this is where we plan on coming back to every visit. Thanks so much for making our Christmas even more special. We will be back !!!
