This home is a brand new, inverted-living, beachfront build with 3 floors featuring 180 degree ocean views of Brigantine’s North Beach. Designed to meet the needs of the owners’ multi-generational family, every want for large families to relax and enjoy their beach vacation has been thought of. Starting with the elevator access from the carport to all floors and handicap-access to the beach directly across the street, to the separate play areas and bunk rooms for kids, family members of all ages will make memories of the Jersey Shore. Large family or family reunion? No problem! The massive, open-concept third floor features a 12 ft dining table & a 16 ft kitchen island (allowing comfortable seating for 20 at meal time + 2 high chairs). The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream with ocean views everywhere you look, while incorporating two dishwashers, two refrigerators, a double faucet kitchen sink, and 6 burner range (with griddle for beach breakfasts). Large meals can be prepared and cleaned up in no time, so no need to spend tons on eating out (though the Island does have many family-friendly restaurant options as well).

When it comes to moments of relaxing and down time, this house has it all. Enjoy daily sunrises over the beach, with your choice of coffee from the kitchen’s separate coffee bar, from any one of the three oceanfront deck balconies. For those that want to stay out of the sun, the first floor porch offers a peaceful porch swing and the third floor offers stunning teak furniture that allows adults to watch the kids on the beach from the comfort of the shaded balcony. When happy hour gets started, it’s time to saddle up to the custom bar for cocktails. Whether grabbing something out of the temperature-controlled beer/wine beverage refrigerator or dipping into the ice maker and using the stainless steel bar tools to whip up an island concoction, guests can then slip into the custom lounge furniture or grab a seat on large sectional couch to watch tv, sports, or movies on the state-of-the-art 75” television.

But don’t forget - all of the fun and excitement of Atlantic City is just minutes away by cab or Uber. Guests may be lured to venture over the bridge after seeing several of the best casinos in town - Borgata and Oceans - from the third floor windows.

Behind the kitchen on the third floor is a den dedicated for the kids, with a brand new smart tv and games galore. Hidden in the kids den is a full-size Murphy bed for extra sleep accommodations, just feet from the third floor’s full bathroom.

The bedrooms are primarily located on the second floor, highlighted by the two main, king-bed suites with adjoining walkout oceanfront balcony. Bedroom 1 features a stunning, spa-like bathroom with modern dual sink and vanity, and walk-in glass shower with two adjustable shower heads. Bedroom 2 also boasts multiple oceans views and its own bathroom with custom walk-in shower. Down the hall, bedroom 3 also has a king bed and it’s own full bathroom with shower. The back two bedrooms each comfortably sleep 5 thanks to a twin bed and custom built queen bunk beds - perfect for sleepovers for siblings, cousins, and friends. The bunk rooms share a full bathroom outfitted with an extra large, modern soaker tub and double vanity. The soaker tub is perfect for the adult who wants to relax while everyone else is at the beach, or letting lots of kids splash around!

The first floor has a home office with two desks with ocean views. The futon in the office pulls out into a bed in a pinch. The dream laundry room is nearby, equipped with two brand new sets of oversized washer/dryers and a stainless steel free-standing utility sink. Even folding the laundry at this house is relaxing as the laundry room counter top has its own ocean view! There is also a 1/2 bathroom on the first floor, with custom vanity.

The exterior of the home includes a screened in porch, providing privacy for the outdoor sink and duel outdoor shower heads. All the beach gear a family needs is available in the carport garage and families can come off the beach to enjoy lunch at the picnic table.
