Serenity On The Bay which is located in peaceful and tranquil West End. Cayman Brac. Cayman Brac is one of the three Cayman Islands. Imagine waking up to the most breathtaking view of the ocean, sound of the waves and tropical breeze. During the day enjoy the white sandy beach, excellent snorkeling and fishing right outside your door. In the evening enjoying a drink while watching a stunning sunset! Please view video of our apartment on VRBO and our beach on You Tube.

For your comfort and enjoyment, we offer all linens and towels. We have a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all cooking utensils, dining and drink ware as well. We also have internet and TV in living room among all essential items an apartment would have for day to day living needs including washer and dryer. Also available are two Kayaks and two bicycles for both Apartment use. Please bring water shoes to access snorkeling.

To travel to the Cayman Brac Cayman Airways have numerous flights daily from Grand Cayman. We will offer early checkin and late checkout at no extra cost provided we do not have a booking for that day. We also offer discount on weekly and monthly bookings. Need a rental car? There are reasonable priced Car Rental Companies. CB Car Rental 1-345-948-2424 is located across from the airport. On-site parking available. There is also bike rentals contact no 1-345-927-0434. Taxi contact no. 1-345-939-9517. Boat trips 1-345-916-3030.

Loved our 8th visit to Brac. Staying at Serenity on the Bay was a good place to stay at this end of the island. Loved the convenience to island amenities and some of our favorite snorkeling spots. The snorkeling right off Serenity’s beach is delightful! Bring water shoes. Enjoyed the sunsets and privacy this spot brings. Beach front view is somewhat limited from the side unit but it didn’t diminish our stay at all. Just moved chairs around! Or we went to sit on the beach which was awesome. The home itself was comfy. Had what we needed to comfortably relax after terrific island explorations of 18 days! Margaret and Robin were very responsive to anything we needed during our stay. I’m already missing the simple solitude of Serenity and the island’s vibe. We’ll be back!

this is one of the best properties I have stayed in, Quite, clean safe and close to basic amenities. The property manager is so efficient and she keeps in contact always in case you need something. The property is clean and affordable. I enjoyed my stay here

Peaceful and quiet

Margaret was very helpful and goes out of her way to insure you have a great vacation.Out front is one the rare sandy beaches on the north shore. Apartment is small but has everything you need.

Very convenient location.

View was excellent. Close to West End food, gas station, airport, and markets. Limited outdoor space when renting one bedroom unit. Would recommend renting 2 bedroom unit so you can have the best outdoor space and beach access.

Cayman Brac Serenity

Serenity on the Bay was as it is named, it was a peaceful and beautiful location, the host Margaret was professional and accomadating. I would recomend staying at Serenity for anyone who loves nature want to relax, see beautiful sunsets.

As good as it gets

If you're 100% set on visiting Cayman Brac and dont want to stay at the resort, this is a great (albeit minimalist) option, though we wouldn't recommend the island if you can avoid it. The beach being just steps away really makes it great

Peaceful & Efficient

Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Wonderful beach spot for coffee & sunrise and/or watching sunset. Easy walk to a few restaurants, Scott’s dock and Market Place. Host Margaret was great to work with. I’ll be back!

Nice basic apartment on the beach

Had a nice 4 night stay here. The apartment is fairly basic but it has everything that you need for 2 people. AC, kitchen appliances, large shower perfect for washing bathing suits, outdoor faucets for rinsing scuba gear. There's a small beach right next to the property, mixed sand and rock with some so-so snorkeling. Close to everything you need on the west side of the island.

Sandy Beach, good value

Nice sandy beach. Close to several restaurants, but you will most likely need a car in the Brac. Furnished in an interesting Boho/Coastal vibe way. Several kayaks available for use, but water shoes are a must. Good value for money which is why I am returning in a month to stay here again

Good experience overall. The one-bedroom apartment was well equipped and located conveniently to West End. Margaret was immediately available to answer any questions that we had. We would definitely stay at Serinity on the Bay again.

Awesome Property. On the water with a private beach. One bedroom apartment is shared grounds with 2 bedroom house. Super friendly and easy communications with the owner. Felt like having a whole island to ourselves. Neat historical marker from the 1932 hurricane next door. (Mass Grave, don’t panic) Already planning a return trip

Another Great Stay

This was my 2nd stay at this property and my opinion has not changed. Great value for the money. Pretty little sandy beach but with the caveat that water shoes are a must. Good location close to several restaurants and quiet as the property is on a dead end street. Check in/out and communication with property manager was excellent with fast responses to any questions or concerns I had. While the Brac is small, a rental car is almost a necessity. I would definitely use this property again.

Great unit

We got off the plane, went accross parking lot to CB car rental and in 10 minutes we were at our unit..It is the unit in the back, but the beach/ocean are right out front, with no neighbors on the side and last place on the dead end road, it was peaceful and quiet..Place was perfect size for wife and I, with bedroom,bathroom and kitchen/sitting area..Close to restraunts and market was a nice feature.. Food is expensive and we went to market deli for lunch most days...Plenty to do on the island with cave visiting, we snokeled at scotts dock down the street.. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again..

First time on the Brac

Nice old Caribbean feel
..very little traffic compared to Grand Cayman. Beaches are rocky and not easy to enter the water, water shoes definitely needed. Strong NW winds and waves prevented us from snorkelling and swimming. We were able to snorkel one morning in front of the property and the fish life is like swimming in an aquarium. A few plastic dishes would be nice to eat outside or on the beach. All in all, we had a great time touring the whole island

 we will visit the Brac again. Scuba diving is spectacular with lots of pristine reefs and walls.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our neighbourhood is safe and peaceful, neighbours close by are retired senior citizens who are very quiet and kind. There are no neighbours on either side or rear of our home. Our home is located only a few minutes away from the airport, bank, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. We offer flexible check-in and checkout times provided we don't have a booking that day.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Cayman Brac is the easternmost island of the Cayman Islands, a British Overseas Territory in the Caribbean Sea, only 12 miles long and located 200 miles south of Cuba. Unlike Grand Cayman, with its constant tourist activity, the Brac offers a truly relaxing, and easy-going atmosphere. There are only 2,000 full-time “Brackers” with scuba diving being the main tourist lure, especially at the renowned MV Captain Keith Tibbetts, a 330-foot-long Russian frigate deliberately sunk to create an artificial reef.  The snorkeling in Cayman Brac offers over fifteen scenic snorkel dive spots. The best Cayman Brac snorkeling based on popularity are considered to be Buccaneer Beach, Handcuff Reef, Wind Sock Reef, Sea Feather Bay and Lynne's Reef.

Experience our natural environment by hiking, birdwatching or rock climbing, deep-sea fishing, relax with a day of beach, kayaking or take guided tours including Brac Parrot Reserve Nature Trail and many offshore dive sites. Visit our Heritage House or Cayman Brac Museum and learn about our History, Culture & Heritage. The Brac Bluff, which is a limestone cliff contains many caves. The lighthouse offers magnificent sea views.
