Step into an airy, open floor plan filled with natural light and custom designer décor. The spacious kitchen flows into the living room, creating a perfect gathering space for meals and movie nights.

The master suite features two queen beds, a walk-in tiled shower, and a generous closet. The bunk room doubles as its own lounge, with four full-size beds, a cozy sectional, coffee table, TV, and games — ideal for kids or larger groups.

The true highlight of The Oasis is its stunning resort-style backyard. Take a dip in the heated pool (available upon request), enjoy a meal under the shaded pergola, or catch the game on dual outdoor TVs. From mini golf to yard games and plenty of lounge seating, this space is designed for making unforgettable memories.




➤ Policies & Additional Information

• Pool Heating

Available upon request for a minimum of three days at $285, with additional days at $95/day. The pool heats to a maximum of 86°F. Performance may vary during colder months (below 50°F overnight). Pool heating charges are non-refundable.



• Pets

Pets are welcome with prior approval. A $100 fee applies per pet. Please disclose breed, size, and number of pets in advance. Pets must stay off furniture and be cleaned up after.



• Parking

The Oasis features two large pavered driveways and a covered carport. Keep all cars brought parked in these areas. Please do not block neighbors’ access to their property/driveway.



• Quiet Hours

As required by the City of Scottsdale, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise monitoring devices (volume only — no recordings) are used indoors and outdoors to ensure compliance. Guests are responsible for any fines resulting from violations.



• Guest Count

The number of guests must match the reservation. Unauthorized overnight guests may result in cancellation or additional charges. Please contact the host if your group size changes.



• Check-In / Check-Out

– Check-in: 4:00 PM

Early check-in may be available upon request. Early check-in is subject to availability and potential additional fees. Check-ins requested before 12:00 PM are recommended to book the night prior.

– Check-out: 11:00 AM

Late check-outs must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees. Late check-outs are subject to availability.



• Music & Noise

The Oasis features an indoor Sonos surround sound system. Please keep music at respectful levels. Excessive volume, relocating speakers from their original placement, or damaging equipment may result in penalties and/or fines.



• Outside Vendors

Outside services (e.g., private chefs, event planners) require prior host approval.



• Security Cameras

For guest safety and property protection, two exterior security cameras are in use: one by the front door (facing the driveway) and one in the backyard. No cameras monitor indoor areas.

Upon confirming your reservation, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing a link to access your check-in instructions. This hyperlink will direct you to your guest portal, where you’ll find detailed instructions for accessing the home along with a variety of other important information related to the property, your reservation, and various manuals/guides for features within the home.



Your guest portal also offers a wealth of information, including local recommendations for restaurants and nightlife, suggested group excursions, and exclusive discounts with local restaurants, shops, and third-party providers we’ve partnered with. Additionally, you can conveniently purchase select add-ons offered to confirmed guests directly from the portal.

The Neighborhood:

The Oasis is nestled in a charming South Scottsdale neighborhood, offering a prime location just minutes from all the top destinations you’ll want to explore. It’s the perfect spot for your next trip!



Getting Around:

For convenient transportation, we recommend using Uber or Lyft if you’re not bringing a car.



If you do have a vehicle, please park legally—either in the driveways, the carport, or directly in front of the property, aligned properly with the curb. Do not block any driveways, including neighbors’. Improper parking may result in towing at the guest’s expense.

Please note, the pool can be heated for an additional fee. As there is no pool fence, we advise practicing caution with children.



For security purposes, exterior cameras monitor all entry and exit points on the property. Additionally, noise monitors are installed to measure decibel levels both inside and outside, ensuring compliance with city regulations. These devices do not record audio.
