"A great beachfront condo. We found it exactly as advertised - 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 with en suite baths, plus another full bath adjacent to the third BR). Very clean and well-maintained. We’re happy Jim and his party enjoyed 203 Turtle Lane and we know you will love it, too. The views alone are positively breathtaking and can be enjoyed from inside this 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa, and while dining or relaxing on the lovely balcony.

Set amongst towering oaks and palmettos, this island oasis features an open plan to enhance gatherings with family or friends. The living room with fireplace is quite spacious and can easily accommodate game or movie night. And patio sliders afford easy access to the balcony, while framing the stunning ocean views. The dining area has seating for 6 and the well-equipped kitchen has a cozy table for two. For your added convenience, there is a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer.

Three spacious bedrooms provide comfy sleeping arrangements for up to a party of 8, so bring the whole gang! Each bedroom has a king bed with an additional 2 single beds in bedroom 3. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have en suites and bedroom 3 has access to the full hall bath.

203 Turtle Lane is located in Sea Pines Resort where you have a variety of family and individual activities including natural beaches, championship golf, tennis, biking trails and so much more. Are you a golfer? Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the PGA tour event RBC Heritage is nearby, along South Beach Marina Village, Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town, the jewel of Hilton Head Island. Everything was clean and beautiful. Loved the little extras like the beach towels, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The welcome gift of a tote bag, water and cookies was also a nice surprise. The staff was super helpful and easy to get a hold of.

We loved the location of this property and the view from the balcony so much! There was plenty of room for family games and meals in the living and dining room and the hosts provided everything we needed! We enjoyed every minute of our time there.

Amazing family vacation!!

This was a wonderful family getaway with great accommodations, wonderful communication with the host and just a short walk to both the beach and the pool making it perfect for travel with our toddler!!! Already looking at coming back next year!!

Fabulous Place in Sea Pines

We loved this condo. It was so much bigger in person than it appeared in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise and gave us a feeling of spaciousness that we didn't expect. Place was super clean, beds were very comfortable, TVs were easy to figure out, and the view was stunning. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay for our Family

Short walk to the beach... Common living space was of nice size. AC worked fine, although the front bedroom (away from beach) was always a bit warm unless freezing the rest of the place. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

Spectacular view!

We had a wonderful family beach vacation. The beach & ocean views from our balcony were simply stunning! We cooked in and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach for evening walks and sunset viewing. Close proximity (by car or bike) to Harbor Town but we never wanted to leave the beachfront property. Memorable vacation!

Not surprised based on previous reviews, but the place was great. Accurate description online. Well stocked kitchen. Clean throughout. Great communication from management. Awesome location. Easy walk to beach. No complaints here, just glad we found it and enjoyed a week here!

Family trip

Loved our stay at Turtle Lane. Location is terrific and the porch overlooking the beach was beautiful. All 3 bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We had one plumbing issue but host2coast was very quick to help us take care of it. Easy check-in and we used the grocery service to have some things waiting for us in the refrigerator — very helpful! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great week of RBC, playing golf and beach!

This is the 3rd year we've gone to HHI at SeaPines for the RBC, our second year on Turtle Lane and we've already booked 203 for our trip next year! The villa was wonderful and truthfully represented as seen online. The location was perfect for us and everyone in our group from the 17year old to the 84 year old and everyone in between. The communication from host2coast was terrific and the welcome gift an added plus! We cannot wait to come back.

Great location and good for families/friends

Fantastic location! Condo was clean! Was told there were no chairs with condo but found several chairs were in closet after we had paid for chairs. I called to report dishwasher wasn’t working and that outlets in two bathrooms weren’t working and the response was ok I’ll let them know. No offer to come repair anything. Overall great location and nice accommodations. Very pricey for an off weekend.

Sometimes owners will leave behind beach gear between guest stays, and we are unaware, so we said there were no chairs. I do apologize for the confusion, however. As for the maintenance issue, we recall that you said we didn't have to fix those issues until after you checked out. We have someone on call at all times and every day. Great … but!

We stayed for 3 weeks… great location!! Condo needs some updating… needs new carpet, peeling paint in kitchen and main room needs attention. Fireplace woodwork needs repair. Mattress in master needs replaced as well as ceilings in bathrooms from previous leaks.. Beautiful sunrises…

We have been coming to Hilton Head since 1971. In that time we have been at HHI 30 - 35 times, always in Sea Pines. In early days my parents were the renters. Since 1995, my husband and I have been the renters. We have rented from my companies including directly from the owners. Your company has been the best. I did rent this property from VRBO, but then dealt with you. We appreciate the amenities. The property was clean and well stocked. When the TV did not work, you sent someone within an hour, who fixed the problem. We had rented the same property several years ago through another company. The property is just what we wanted and it works well for my husband and myself. We are in our 80s now and we want a great view of the ocean and beach in a very convenient location. We usually do not come to HHI every year, but next time we come, we will want this property and we like dealing with you.

Overall great but the sink in the outer section of the master bathroom drains VERY slowly. We were also unable to lock the kitchen & living room doors to the balcony. Everything else was lovely.

Great vacation with a view!

We enjoyed this condo as we have never had a corner before. It was quiet and private, but still has a great view of the beach. The only minor issues were 1. The bedroom with the two twin beds did not get enough air circulation so we had to by a fan. 2. There was a fruit fly problem when we first arrived. Other then that we had a wonderful stay with my family and booked it again for next year! We also likes that it was on the second floor so we could walk down to avoid the elevator if it was busy (covid times).

Good place but needs improvements

View of ocean was spectacular! The condo was spacious but needs minor repairs to be up to speed--some pictures were not hanging, one of the headboards of a bed was not attached--it basically appeared there was little upkeep to the place and it was an expensive place to not be tip top. The internet did not work at all for the most part which was frustrating because there was no cell signal--so communicating with the outside world was arduous. Someone came by to fix the internet and it worked that day and then it did not work again. We were not given a key card at check in and that was an issue but got resolved. There was a lot of construction in the building and next store that was noisy.

Great condo overshadowed by parking and access issues

Positive: Great location - two doors down from Beach Club and centrally located for easy bikeable access to many areas. Negative: When we arrived at the condo, there was no parking for our 1 car when rental description says we have 3 designated spots. We circled for 30 minutes until someone finally left and we were able to swoop into their spot. We also had an issue with the key fab which allows access from lobby to elevator area. One fab was provided for 5 people (two adults and three teens). We had to come up with a system to hide the fab so that everyone could have access as needed. The last person in would bring the fab up at night and we'd start again the next day. If this is their system, it's silly not to have more fabs available. We arrived on a Sunday and tried to call Gayle who gave us the direct office line when we picked up our welcome package, only to get voicemail each time. Someone finally called us back the next day and his response was "we're really overwhelmed right now." and had no solution to the lack of parking available (so we could not move our car out of fear of not having a spot when we returned) and having only one access key fab. We expected and hoped for more professionally at this rate($$$).

Great beach front rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay and location!
