Close proximity to Forest Park, the Pearl District, Timbers` Stadium, and the Waterfront, this quaint condo is has everything you need to enjoy Portland like a local. In-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen and a gorgeous third floor view! Cyclists will love for cyclists and The Max and bus routes are walking distance.



Immaculate historic studio w/ a very comfy queen sized bed, two cozy chairs to curl up in, a full bathroom, kitchen w/ gas range and microwave, washer and dryer, dining area and a/c.



Close to 405 freeway. Easy access to public transit. Rental bicycles and scooters placed around the neighborhood. Some traffic and noise may be possible during Timbers games.

Stay in the heart of the city - our studio is just short walk from Portland`s best restaurants and top landmarks including Powell`s Bookstore, Forest Park, Voodoo Donuts, the Pearl District, Chinese Gardens, Timbers` Stadium, and the Waterfront Park. Our quaint condo has everything you need to enjoy Portland like a local. Cyclists: Flanders Crossing is just around the corner, connecting you to bike paths that branch out all over the city. Private bike storage available.


**$175 monthly parking rate (closest garage is this rate, others lots may be available in the area).


Unit is located on the third floor in close proximity to the elevator and stairwell (you might hear people coming and going in the hall).


This is a dog friendly unit. Please inquiry before booking if you are bringing a pet.


Do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. A $30 charge will be incurred each time a Descansa Rep is requested to retrieve mail from the mailboxes. Please reach out to the UPS store for mailbox services or package acceptance.

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we've partnered with Safely to provide accidental damage protection. This coverage is included in your rental rate and fees and protects you against accidental damages during your stay. The Safely Stay Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $1,500 in coverage for accidental damage to contents and the property. Full terms can be found at safely.com/terms. This fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least 24 hours before arrival.


In the event of a cancellation, if a refund is approved, a 5.5% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment transfer costs. This fee is non-refundable, as it is automatically charged by our payment provider at the time of the original transaction. As the reservation has already been canceled and the booking dates have been lost, we are unfortunately unable to absorb these processing fees. Thank you very much for your understanding.
