The Space:

Located on the top floor of a boutique apartment building with views overlooking the city and just steps from Fulton Market, the unit is comprised of 2 luxurious penthouses that are side-by-side, sleeping 32+ people comfortably and is perfectly situated for large groups, families, events, and curated dinners. In each units, everything flows around the spacious and open living rooms and chef's kitchens, which creates a unique environment for entertaining and gathering with your group.



Your spacious living/dining room combos are decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sectional, accent chairs, dining table for 8+ people, smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Etc. capable) and record player for entertainment.



Attached to each dining room, the chef's kitchens are outfitted with gas-powered Viking ranges, an oven, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, amongst others.



These one of a kind lofts comfortably sleep 32+ people when combined and has 9 bedrooms and 7.5 full bathrooms.

We provide two dedicated parking spaces in the building garage. There is free street parking directly in front of the building should you need more parking.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
