Awake refreshed and ready to explore everything the desert has to offer, or spend the night out on the town in Old-Town Scottsdale or downtown Phoenix. This property is centrally located about a 15-minute drive from Scottsdale or downtown Phoenix/Sky Harbor Airport. The fully equipped kitchen will come in handy if you enjoy cooking or simply want to save money on eating out.

The space
This is a studio-style guesthouse. Implying that all rooms are open to one another, with no walls dividing them.

The space has a max occupancy of 3 due to sleeping arrangements. The space contains a pull-out sofa/bed, so it can accommodate a third guest comfortably, but there is a daily fee of $20/day for additional guests over two.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the guesthouse and the two attached patio spaces.
Other things to note
NO PETS/SMOKING
Although we adore our furry companions, pets are not permitted on the property. Pets or smoking on the property will incur a $300 cleaning fee.

CHECKOUT:
It is crucial that our cleaning staff have immediate access to the residence following the departure of guests. As a result, any late departure without the host's prior approval will incur a $25 fee per 15 minutes after the stated checkout time.
