Come enjoy Park City in this luxury mountain retreat in highly sought after Bear Hollow Village. Close to ski resorts, historic downtown, golf courses, fantastic trout fishing, and miles of hiking & mountain biking trails. You will find plenty of things to do year round.
This townhome is tastefully decorated and provides three large bedrooms, each with one king or queen bed and its own full bath. In addition, there is a fourth bedroom with a daybed, which could also be used as a private study area. With over 2,000 square feet of living area, plus a deck, and a large kitchen, 7 adults can sleep comfortably and never feel cramped. An infant pack-n-play is also provided. High speed internet gives you the streaming you need for all devices.
The location of the townhome within the community could not be better. Itâs only about 50-100 yards from the pool, spa, fitness center, and clubhouse. Itâs one of the rare sites within the community that looks over the community park and open area. On the other side, you will have views of the mountains off the balcony and master bedroom.
LIVING AREA:
Upon entering the townhome, you are greeted with an open living area with high ceilings and beautiful wood floors. A fireplace invites you to settle in the comfortable seating on those cool nights, and perhaps enjoy a movie on the big screen TV. The large windows look over a large common area and let you soak in Park Cityâs beauty.
KITCHEN:
Overlooking the family room, the gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, 5-burner gas cooktop, double ovens, and quartz countertops. The dining table seats six and two more people can sit at the bar. Have a cook in your group? They will enjoy preparing meals using the amenities of this kitchen. Open the door to the outside deck to find additional dining and a gas grill.
BEDROOMS:
Upstairs are three available bedrooms and another bedroom is downstairs. The bedrooms are furnished with high end mattresses and to ensure comfortable sleep. Two bedrooms come with its own bath for complete privacy.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with beautiful views of the mountains and a walk-in closet. The master bath has double vanities, quartz countertops, tile floor, a jetted tub, and separate glass shower.
The second bedroom upstairs has a king size bed. The bath has quartz countertops, tile floor, and bath/shower combination.
Third bedroom upstairs has a daybed. This room could also be used as a private study area.
The bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed. The bath has quartz countertops, tile floor, and a shower.
PARKING:
Parking is available in the 2-car garage, which also gives you plenty of storage for your skis and boots. Additional parking space available on the driveway.
AMENITIES:
The property overlooks the community park. Directly across the park you will find the clubhouse, which contains an exercise room, LED large screen TV, fireplace, a computer with high speed Internet access, kitchen, locker-rooms, and a community pool (summer) and a community hot tub open year round.
SKI ACCESS: Bear Hollow is about a 5-minute drive to the Canyons/Park City Mountain, a 10-minute drive to the Town Lift and about 15-minutes to Deer Valley.
TRANSPORTATION: There are plenty of transportation options, including the free on-demand shuttles through the High Valley Transit app. It will take you to the Canyons base area, Park City Old Town, Park City base area, Deer Valley and elsewhere. Also, there is a bus stop at the entrance to Bear Hollow at the intersection of Hwy 224 and Bobsled Blvd, which is a 4 minute walk from the townhome.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if you cancel for any reason at least 60 days in advance of check-in. If you cancel LESS than 60-DAYS in advance of check-in and I am able to re-rent your dates, you will receive a prorated refund. There is no refund If we are unable to re-rent your dates.
