Other things to note
➞ Kayaks & Bikes are available for rent for $50 each per stay.

➞ Bundle the Kayaks and Bikes for $80 per stay.
(If you stay longer than 5 nights, we will waive the fee)

➞ Pool heating service is free of charge and only available from November to April

➞ Trash pickup day is every Monday morning. If it's during your stay, please help us push the trash bins to the curb on Sunday, and pull it back on Monday after they were emptied. Otherwise a dumping fee of $20 will be charged after your stay. Thank you so much for your help.

➞ It's a rural area, you may not have a good phone service.

➞ We don't have cable, but we have wi-fi to stream videos, generally pretty fast, may could be spotty at times.

➞ Pets are welcome! But dog only. Sorry cats. But let us know ahead of time. Pet fee is $75 per pet per stay.

➞ Driveway can fit 4-5 vehicles to park. 1 in the garage, 2 or 3 in the driveway, and 1 in the street. Working truck can not be parked on the street.
