Beautiful property. Excellent beachfront location. Comfortable furnishings. Traffic on 98 got pretty busy but that didn’t bother us too much. I certainly would stay at Tan Lines again and highly recommend. Host was quick to respond when I had a question.

Our 2026 family vacation was a hit. Lots of time on the beach. Easy access to and from the beach was super nice. Plus we had our fur-babies and were able to walk them across the street on a sidewalk away from the street. Great location with lots of amenities close by especially in walking distance. There are 3 flights of stairs that were a lot but we love the house. The host was easy to get ahold of as well. We hated leaving as the week went by so fast. Beautiful home!

We loved staying here! The house was beautifully decorated, spacious, and well-stocked.The ocean views were spectacular, the beach was quiet and just steps from the door! We enjoyed the short stroll to get our coffee! We cannot wait to stay again!!!!!

This was the perfect get away for our family vacation! Lots of space, bathrooms, and plenty of spaces to hang out together or have quiet time by yourself when needed. The views of the beach were stunning and it was so nice to have a beach that wasn’t crowded at all. We will definitely visit again soon!

Beach views were incredible! Not busy beach, easy walk, could leave our stuff on the beach and see it from the house. Movie room on bottom floor, great house!

We stayed in this great house in July. It was just as pictured. The layout was great and we utilized the movie room almost every night. One review said the rooms were hot, we did not experience this on the main floor or third floor. The basement level stayed warmer than the rest but we had fans and it was okay. The beach is private, but…. You do get some stragglers over from the public beach. They do need more signs right by the public stairs down to the beach. The only sign was one and it was close to the waters edge. We didn’t mind sharing as long as they didn’t get on top of us. We were all very respectful. The access from the beach to the house was amazing and convenient!!! We lacked some kitchen utensils because we are big cooks at night and the management team was so responsive and got us everything we needed asap! I would highly recommend this house and we would return in a heart beat no hesitations!!

Great Family Vacation!

Great stay. Beautiful, clean, modern home. Beach access was amazing and private. Kids loved the TV's in the bunk room. Loved all the seating in the kitchen/dining space, very accommodating for large family all around!

Fall Beach Getaway

The view was amazing !!! 3 balconies with complete beach views . The house was only steps to the beach . We found the house very clean and well furnished. Would love to stay there again !!

This was our second time staying at this property & we will be back! Location is perfect & the house is plenty big enough. Love the view of the beach & the fact that the beach is your backyard when staying here is amazing! The house was clean upon arrival & everything was in good working condition. The kitchen could use a few extra items such as cooking utensils (there was only 1 spatula & the pans were a little old) but we will definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

My husband & I & 5 kids stayed here for a week & we absolutely loved it! Perfect location & right on the beach was very convenient! The only negative was it did get a little hot in certain rooms of the house & the one bathroom upstairs could have been a little Cleaner but we would definitely stay here again!

Awesome beachfront location and on the beach in a minute walk, location was convenient to walk to local coffee/bakery/resturants. Plenty of room for all of us and WiFi with TVs allowed for some down time with added plus for small animals. House had all we could ask for and beach itself was secluded with our own spot. Only downside from all the guest would be maybe softer beds and some more pans to make breakfast if you got a houseful of guests. Otherwise we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location on the beach was perfect. The property manager was quick to resolve a minor issue when we arrived as the one bathroom had no shower curtain or liner! Within a few hours all was resolved. Very responsive and great :)

Great location and perfect view of the gulf

Had a great stay at tan lines. There was one problem that was not with property it was a gas line that was hit by a work crew and I informed the property manager and she came by to make sure everything was good. Can’t ask for a better property manager.

Cute house

Great location, close to everything. The house was super cute. The only issues we had were the water for the soaking tub would not get hot, just luke warm and the mattresses were a little hard for our liking but other than that we had an overall great stay. We were literally steps from the ocean.
