Welcome to Cozy Quarters â your peaceful, private retreat in the heart of historic downtown Tuolumne, CA. This charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite is attached to a private home (with a separate entrance and parking) and designed for relaxation, wellness, and connection to nature.
Enjoy a private outdoor space complete with colorful flowers, a BBQ, table and chairs with umbrella, and a cozy inflatable hot tub under a pergola with a translucent roof for sun-soaked soaks. Lounge on the porch swing or unwind with a morning coffee in one of the plush robes provided.
Inside, youâll find:
A queen bed with soft linens
A desk + chair for remote work or journaling
A large closet with barn door for clothing and storage
A mini coffee and snack station with Keurig, mini-fridge, coffee pods, and water bottles

I'm a retired public health nurse, a proud mom of four, and grandma to ten amazing grandkids. I love meeting people from all walks of life and sharing everything I can about this special corner of the Sierra Nevada. Tuolumne is full of beauty, history, and outdoor adventuresâfrom fishing and hiking to museums and Gold Rush landmarksâand I truly enjoy helping guests discover all it has to offer.
When Iâm not tending my garden or baking something sweet, Iâm usually doting on my four backyard chickens (I call them âMy Girlsâ) or exploring antique shops and thrift stores in the area. I live in the main part of the house and I'm just four blocks away from my daughter and her familyâthis neighborhood means a lot to us.
Hosting at Cozy Quarters is my way of sharing my love for this town. I take pride in creating a clean, cozy, and peaceful space for guests to relax, recharge, and experience the magic of Tuolumne County.
