Keep it simple at this cozy apartment in the heart of downtown Traverse City. Just a short stroll to the beach, this apartment is in the perfect location to get the best of what Traverse City has to offer. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance, including the Omelette Shoppe below the apartment.

Newly renovated 2nd floor apartment in Downtown Traverse City. This 2 bedroom apartment is equipped with a queen bed in each room, full size pullout sofa and 2 convertible chairs in the living room for extra sleeping space.

For added convenience, this unit includes wifi, a dishwasher, stove, full size stacked washer and dryer, walk-in shower and comes fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, coffee maker, and more.

The unit includes one parking space in the public parking lot (Lot O) adjacent to the building. Additional metered parking is available on site or the Hardy Parking Garage at 303 E State St which is a 6 min walk from the building.

Traveling with a group or just looking for extra space? We have a second apartment next door that is a studio and can sleep up to 3.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—close to downtown but still quiet and easy to get to. Free parking was a huge plus. The space was spotless, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a girls’ weekend for three adults. The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like snacks and bottled water, which made us feel right at home. We’d definitely stay here again!

Heather's place was fantastic. The location was unbeatable for five friends who wanted access to all the restaurants and activities. Parking was easy and it was impeccably clean. Watch out for the MANY MANY stairs. We all said we'd love to stay there again. Also check out Parlour for happy hour a short walk away.

Great spot and beautiful apartment

This apartment is right above a delicious breakfast place. It's walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Everything in the apartment is clean and anything you might need is there. My only regret is not staying there for more days!

Cherry Fest

Recently stayed at this property the last weekend of June. Might be the most convenient spot in TC. Parking is so convenient. Want to check on your vehicle just look out one of the bed room windows. Zero sound from the restaurant down stairs, do not let it deter you. Unless of course you want to know it’s there, then run down place your name on the waitlist as it is quite busy and head back up to prepare for your day. Apartment is absolutely spotless and also extremely safe. If you are looking for a place and questioning whether this is it, don’t. Just press book. You’re a block away from wherever you want to be.
