Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with queen-sized beds. Centrally located in a quiet, residential area of Jacksonville Beach. Within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment.

Close to entertainment, Mayo, and TPC - this is the perfect spot in Jax Bch!

We make sure everything you need is provided to make it the best stay possible. Smart TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, quality towels & linens, and coffee & tea.

You'll love the open concept living and relaxing design in our newly renovated beach residence. Morning coffee or evening cocktail lounging on the balcony listening to the ocean.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is a block from the beach. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Most people drive & use their own vehicles, but Lyft and Uber are for you to use.

Bike and scooter rentals are also available!

Or you could also walk to the beach. Just 3minutes to the sand!

Very modern townhouse by the beach

We had a great time at this rental! Check in was very simple and easy, it was all managed through a portal that was easy to use and the hosts were always responsive & professional. House was very well stocked, had lots of stuff in the kitchen and it was very clean. Good location as it was even closer to the beach than we expected, took us 3 mins to walk!

It would have been nice if the construction on all the roads and to the public beach access was mentioned. Finding a maxi pad from former renter was not great. The toilet rocked back and fourth. We would not rent here again.

Perfect Stay

The check-in process was easy, especially since they sent detailed instructions ahead of time. We didn't have any issues locating the house or parking on property since you have your own spots. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to access your unit (which could be difficult for those with mobility issues). The house was extremely clean and looks exactly like the pictures! The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials that you would need to cook like, pots, pans, utensils and stuff for the grill. Even basic condiments like oil, salt and pepper. They also had dishwasher and laundry detergent. There were even white noise machines in each bedroom which was a huge bonus for us. It's the small things that added up which made the stay even easier. The beds were pretty firm, that is more of a personal preference though.If I had to change 1 thing, it would probably be that the TVs are far back on the walls, so it was harder to see (larger TVs would work better). Again, probably a personal preference since I'm sure others may not even care. The TVs were simple to use and access our streaming services, so I liked that. Especially since I was stuck in bed 99% of the time. We chose this house because I had surgery at the Mayo clinic, which was a quick 15 minutes away. So this house was perfect for us. It allowed me to rest comfortably upstairs while my husband could work or hang out downstairs in the living area. I definitely recommend this house!

Steps from the beach

Great location! Beautifully renovated! Everything you need in the kitchen!The sofa however needs to be replaced it feels broken when you sit on it. I got messages that there was information on a site bit really found nothing helpful. It would be nice to have the checkout information printed out and in the condo somewhere. I’d stay here again anytime! Would also be nice to have some games if the weather is bad. Thank you

Thanksgiving

House was great, very close to beach. Had our Thanksgiving dinner with the well equipped kitchen. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely visit again.
