Set in a quiet, family neighborhood, this mid century modern decorated, 4 bedroom house provides all the comforts of home, and then some!

The main floor boasts enough space for all with a pool table area, office space, a formal dining area and an extra large, eat in kitchen!

The kitchen features a double oven, separate cooktop and the fridge has a filtered ice and water dispenser on the door, there is also a dishwasher and a new microwave . There is plenty of counter space, including an island and another large space with lots of seating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all you could need; service for 12, plus plastic for the little ones, pots, pans, bowls and storage containers, wine glasses and even oil and spices for cooking.

There is a Keurig coffee maker with premium coffees, creamer and sweeteners, as well as tea and hot chocolate. Paper towels, dish washing and dishwasher soap also available! You'll have a toaster and blender as well!

The main living room has plenty of seating for all, with an oversized couch and extra chairs. Situated comfortably for conversation, or to watch whatever you choose on the 65" Smart TV. Fast Wi-Fi is also included!

There is even an extra sitting area, perfect for reading a book or having a personal conversation.

There is a fenced backyard with a large patio, lots of outdoor seating and a propane firepit!

The upstairs sleeping space starts with an oversized master bedroom, big enough for the king size bed and an additional seating area with a sleeper sofa! There are 3 additional bedrooms. All of them feature a queen size bed and 1 of them also includes an additional twin size bed.
This gives comfortable sleeping space for 11 guests!
Have a baby in your group? No problem, there is a pack n play ready for you to use, complete with clean sheets and fresh baby blankets.

Each bedroom has its own flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Hulu and other Smart TV options. All beds have a brand new mattress with a mattress protector and fresh, clean sheets, just for you, topped with a down alternative comforter and plenty of fluffy pillows.

The master bedroom not only has the king size bed and sitting area, but a 55" Smart TV, as well as an attached 5 piece bathroom, with a shower, soaking tub and dual vanity.

Both bathrooms are located upstairs with the bedrooms. Basic necessities always stocked in the bathrooms! There are even hair dryers should you need them. There are lots of clean, fluffy towels and washcloths ready for you.

Device chargers are provided throughout the house, just to keep things as convenient as possible for guests.

Virtually everything was thought of to make your stay comfortable so you can come to your short term home after a long day of work, travel or play.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in additional cleaning fees (minimum $400 smoke remediation fee), but smoking outside is acceptable. Cigarettes or 420 ok.

A washer and dryer are available for your use. This is in a shared space in the home.

An on-site host lives in the basement apartment of the home. They will not disturb you during your stay, but you might see them with their 4 legged fur baby in the laundry area or the shared main floor bathroom.

The whole house is available for your use, except for a couple of locked closets.

Cleaning fee terms:

Cleaning fees include basic cleaning of the space, such as basic kitchen cleaning, bathrooms, basic linen laundry and vacuuming . Any additional cleaning necessary will incur additional cleaning charges. Examples include, but not limited to, excessive floor cleaning, carpet stains, excess trash clean up and smoke remediation. Any evidence of smoking inside this home will incur a $400 fee. Other cleaning fees available on property or by request. By renting this home, you agree to these terms, and all associated fees discovered after checkout.
4 guests are included in the base price. Each additional guest incurs a $20 per person, per night charge.
All guests must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.
Any guests not listed on the reservation are considered trespassing.
Should guests not on the reservation wish to stay at the property, it will be at the sole discretion of management, and if approved to stay, these additional guests will be charged at double the normal extra guest rate.
