We stayed at this home for a baseball tournament for my son and it was the absolute perfect place to be! The house is adorable, comfortable and located perfectly in a quiet little corner of town but with everything you need just a couple of minutes away! Our host was absolutely incredible and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home for any Greenville vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property, by far one of the best rental we have ever had. We love the decor and the outside seating was amazing. Everything that we needed was provided, the only thing we had to buy was our meals. The owners gave us coffee, bottled water, snacks, and candy was in every room except the bathroom. It was clean and very comfortable, we almost didn't want to leave. Communication with the owners was great, it felt like we were talking with a family member that wanted to make sure that we were having the best vacation ever. Our stay was during our 50th wedding anniversary and they made it very special for us with a chalk board greeting and a card congratulating us on our accomplishment as a couple. We would definitely go back again and maybe next time, take some other family with us since there was plenty of room for more people. I could go on all day about what we liked about our stay, but I will stop with a simple thank you for everything.

We had the absolute best stay here and cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property is beautiful and features fantastic antiques throughout the house that give it so much charm and character. The host, Brenda, goes above and beyond with thoughtful touches. There was an incredible coffee bar, snacks scattered throughout the house, and the place was fully stocked with extra treasures and small amenities that made our trip feel luxurious. The outdoor space is just as spectacular—the outside lights looked great at night, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. To top it all off, communication with the host was absolutely seamless. She was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout our stay. As a fun bonus, we found out she is from our exact same hometown of Mt. Airy! It made the experience feel even more personal and special. Thank you for your unmatched hospitality. We will absolutely be back!

She responded right away, had good questions and feedback about the area that was new to her and her husband. Relaxing

Comfortable and homey

This home had everything we needed and more. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay very much. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and it seemed like just about everything we wanted to see and do was within a 15 minute drive.

Cozy Cottage

Our stay in Greenville was very nice. We spent most of our time with activities, events, and adventures. So coming home to this wonderful little cottage was always relaxing. It had a really comfortable vibe with all the modern conveniences to kick back and chill.

They thought of nearly everything

Lovely property where the host has thought of nearly everything a guest may need. The kitchen was very well appointed which made cooking easy. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were top notch. Will try to stay here again upon returning to Greenville.

Family trip

This home was very nice, comfortable, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed! Our host, Brenda was one of the best we have had and went over and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable! The hot tub was nice, the parking and well-lit path was great and the beds were also comfortable. The property is close to Olive Garden which is one of our favs. Thank you for a great stay!

Quiet neighborhood

Great place to visit Greenville. Located close to everything. House was well stocked. We brought our E bikes. The house is located about 3 miles from Swamp rabbit Trail. The covered porch was a great place to store the bikes overnight.

Cute little house with hot tub

Great location- lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed biking the nearby swamp rabbit trail and strolling around the Falls Park on the Reedy. The house itself was exactly as described & clean. We enjoyed using the hot tub. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

All the comforts!

Brenda seems to think of everything. The appliances were top shelf. Everything was so cozy and comfortable. The host goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The beds and pillows are super comfy. I’ll be going back.

Perfect bungalow near great hiking!

This small home/bungalow was exactly as advertised. It is just four miles from Paris Mountain State Park, which has an amazing set of hiking trails. (It does cost $6/day/person to enter the park.) The hostess is exceedingly friendly and cares about a quality stay. Wonderful outside swing, chair, and fire pit area. Strong wifi; great TVs; kitchen had everything one could need.

Easy access

We enjoyed the property for ready access to the Greenville downtown area. There was plenty of parking on site. The home has charm. Our one disappointment was the hot tub was not hot on our arrival and took 24 hours to be ready to use which greatly limited our enjoyment during our brief stay. We would recommend the place to others visiting the area.

Cozy home just close enough to everything

Property was clean and as expected. Location is great as it is minutes from downtown Greenville and a 30 minute drive to some of South Carolina's best natural features. Nice property for kids and adults. Cozy. Roomy. Nice yard for kids to play in while dinner is on the grill after a long day of hiking.

Excellent Location

This renovated little house is in an excellent location and has all the amenities you could wish for. The space is packed with rustic seasonal decor and the hostess provided baby supplies and was very quick to respond to my questions. She was so gracious after one of our kids accidentally broke a decoration and I appreciated her kindness so much. You can’t find a better location than this cute home filled with quaint knick-knacks.

The PERFECT place

We came into town for a family funeral. We could not have asked for a more perfect place. Brenda was AMAZING! From helping us with the reservation to the personal text message of encouragement that helped us get through the event. (Plus the welcome basket with water, snacks, and coffee was just what we needed at the end of our long drive.) The peace and quiet was just what we needed at the end of each day. We are looking forward to returning to the property for a happier occasion.

Everything was as expected a nice house and everything I needed to work the week and a half that I was in Greenville. Nice location, very comfortable felt like home away from home.
