You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. All the shopping and restaurants you could need are only a couple miles away, and downtown Greenville is just a 14 minute drive! The Millennium Campus and St. Francis Millennium Hospital are just a couple minutes away.

The house is located in a very safe neighborhood, with a nice walking trail nearby. There is a private backyard that is fully fenced in with a playset!
In the living room you will find a foldable ping pong table that is perfect for indoor entertainment.
It is a very comfortable and clean home that features all new mattresses, beds, washer and dryer, and much more!

We come to Greenville often to visit family and this has been our favorite place we’ve stayed! It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you could need. We will be back!!

This house is just as the other reviewers have described it; spacious, well appointed and clean! The owner is very responsive, and this property is near everything. We definitely recommend "Sweetland" for your next stay in the Greenville area.

Home was as described in listing with plenty of towels/linens/pillows, extra paper towels and kitchen supplies. Nice neighborhood that felt safe. Communication with Jenn was quick and very responsive. Area close to grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants on Woodruff Rd. Would stay there again for our next trip to Greenville. :)

This home was perfect for our family. Location was great. Kitchen had everything we needed and was stocked with basic pantry needs. Owners sent all needed information in a timely manner for checkin and checkout. Great place to spread out or enjoy family time in the living area. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We were happy to pull into the neighborhood & see so many children and families out & about playing & walking. This was our first time picking a house in a neighborhood & it made us feel much more comfortable. Despite all that though it once in the house the outside noise stayed out. The host gave us great instructions to get into the house and we got in quickly and easily. The house was clean and cool and open. The kids were very excited about the room being stocked with toys and bunk beds so they can all hunker down together. The backyard is nice and open with a little playground that all 3 of mine enjoyed playing on. Everything was nice and simple. With us planning on being out and about so much that was exactly what we needed. The couch was comfy and the closets were stocked with extra blankets. The kids loved having access to all the streaming services & getting to pick from all sorts of kid friendly movies they normally don't have access to, which is great for calming down & settling in for the night. My only complaint, and this is the only reason they did not get 5 stars was at one point we got ants in the kitchen. Not a huge deal but an unpleasant surprise & needed immediate attending to. I will say that the host responded immediately when I let her know what was happening&we found some organic friendly bug spray in the kitchen. They had been treating the problem and sometimes these things take time, I get that, just surprised it happend. Overall loved staying here

We had the best time! Loved how kid-friendly the entire place was & we especially loved the kids’ room and the backyard playground. The owners were quick to respond when we reached out and the house was only about 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do and see. We are looking forward to returning!

We were in town for my brothers graduation. We really enjoyed our trip and stay. From playing ping pong to cooking on the grill and relaxing in the backyard. When I had a question, we got a quick reply. If I had to come back I’ll will stay here.

Convenient Location

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. I love how clean everything was making it easy to get settled in. The king bed sleeps so good and I appreciate the variety of pillows that were available. Lastly, this is a great property to visit if you are traveling with kids. The host made sure to have all of the hard to travel with toddler/ kids necessities available and that made a world of difference. We would stay again.

Nice and clean family home

The house suited us perfectly. Everything was as expected and shown in the pictures. Our kids loved the backyard with the little play set and the pingpong table and spacious living room as well as their own room with the bunk bed. There were a couple of toys in the room. Very much appreciated. Location is quiet and safe. Hiking trail and all mayor roads nearby. We would definitely recommend that house. Communication with the owners was fast, friendly and sufficient.

Clean and fun place to stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this home. The host was very kind and responsive. They even left us a sweet note and birthday treat for our son. The house was very clean and included all the amenities we needed. My son loved the children’s room with toys to play with and the playset outside. It was nice not to have to bring our own pack and play as one was there for us to use. We all enjoyed playing ping pong. The beds were super comfy. The location was great and near major attractions. All around a wonderful rental that we will use again the next time we are in Greenville.

Great location!

My husband and our two-year-old and I stayed here and loved it! We appreciated the little details like the stool in the bathroom and the big playset in the back yard. We’d love to stay here again in the future!

Sweet house!

This house was very clean very spacious and very well layed out! I would like to say my 2 year old had a blast especially with the toys the hosts provided also the bunkbeds and playground outside was a hit! The host thought of every age when decorating and arranging each room! We had a blast! We had to come because of the hurricane and I’m glad we were able to get this house! It just feels like home! Thank you guys for everything especially the chocolates!

Excellent property- fun and comfortable

We LOVED staying at the Sweetland house! It was spacious and comortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. But, it was the sweet theme throughout that sas so fun! And the PingPong table brought everyone together. We will try to stay there again when we go back to Greenville!

Perfect place to stay!

Our family (6 of us) really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was in a very convenient location with easy access to woodruff Rd, Simpsonville, and Greenville. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was clean and very kid friendly! The books, games, and bunk beds were a big hit and of course the ping pong table was too! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We look forward to coming down again! Thanks for the treats, too!

Excellent stay

We loved this house! It had everything we needed and was great for my grandson as it had a portacrib, playset outside, a stool for the sink. The house was very clean and comfortable and they left a nice note and chocolates to welcome us. If we return to the area, I would not hesitate staying here!

The Sweetland House is very special to us, because it is where my husband and I lived when we started our family. We eventually outgrew the house, but we always loved how safe and friendly the neighborhood felt. It is a great central location in the Greenville area!

We strive to provide a family-friendly house, that makes traveling with kids easy! We have a pack-n-play, stroller, baby monitor, stepping stool, booster high chair, a play set, ping pong table and lots of toys to keep them entertained!
