◇ 3 Bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms
◇ First floor has 1 bedroom with a King size bed and a hall bathroom with a shower.
◇ Second floor has 1 bedroom with a King size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 Twin XLs.
◇ Upstairs hall bathroom has a shower.
◇ Queen pullout in Family Room

* Rental Agreement MUST be completed and signed within 36 hours of booking.
* Security deposit of $750 will be reserved 3 days prior to arrival (see House Rules).
* Maximum Overnight Occupancy for Water's Edge is 8 guests.
* Maximum Daytime Occupancy for Water's Edge is 10 guests.
* All Lake Escape homes are dog-friendly and allow up to 3 dogs ($150 per pet fee applies) Cats are not permitted.
* Unlimited, Complimentary firewood is provided.
* Complimentary propane is provided for use with the outdoor grill.
* Complimentary kayaks, standup paddleboards and lifevests are provided.
* All of our homes feature private docks. Please check with us to confirm depth at specific homes as lake levels change seasonally.
