Welcome to your Lake Norman escape at Brick n' Beam! Come get away and enjoy all that the lake has to offer on this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a private dock and astonishing views of Lake Norman!

This house provides a great entertainment space in the middle of the home with tremendous views of Lake Norman from every room & a cozy fireplace in the main family room. You'll just love the flat yard with so many enjoyable amenities such as the covered seating area on the lakeside patio, fire pit, and gazebo. This home offers the perfect setup to enjoy and soak up all the lake life has to offer!

Primary Bedroom- King, ensuite bathroom (shower, tub)
Queen Bedroom- Shares bathroom (shower)
Bunk Bedroom- Twin/Full (2), shares bathroom

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Have your own boat or jet ski? Bring them with you and tie up to the private dock on property!

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations

Family visit

The view and location of this property was fantastic! The bedrooms and bathrooms are newly and nicely remodeled. The kitchen really needs to be updated and better stocked with dishes and utensils.

Charming 2 Bedroom

Great location right on the lake with great outdoor space. Furniture in living room and both bedrooms are freshly updated. Good beds. Bathrooms are on the dated side but fully functional.

Beautiful View of Lake Norman

We have stayed at several properties and this was absolutely my favorite one so far! We were going to book another trip in May of 2024 for this property, but with the price difference being A LOT higher per night than what we booked this trip for I don't think we will be able to with the economy. Hopefully, things will get better.

Rented because of being on the lake to sit outside, could not because of construction. Should have been told about it. Grill did not work, no broom. How could you not have a broom? Other smaller items that should have been at the house.

Issues preventing me from returning

A massive construction project was started on our first day. From 8:00 am through 4:00 the heavy equipment drowned out any sense of peace. The sun beat on the entire waterfront side of the house from noon until sunset with no window coverings across the tall glass windows/doors. It was hard to be inside or outside on the porch because the stone floor was super heated from the sun. There is only shade in the far right side of the property. We got lucky on the third day because of storms and cloud cover. The property has other issues but I won’t go into anything else. Our check in information asked us to close curtains during the day for cooling- there were none. Disappointing stay.

Best view on the cove!

The property setting was the best on the cove with beautiful views. The home was charming in a 70s/80s vibe. Very comfortable and cute. The dock was great. We enjoyed cocktails on the deck and watching the local family of deer wander by in the evening.

Amazing View, and Great Sunsets!

I really enjoyed the house, property, and location. The house is very well situated at the end of a cove. The house was clean and pretty well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.
