Our property has two separate cabins, but we rent it all together. When we visit, we like to put the kids in the bunkhouse and escape to peace and quiet in the main cabin. Our cabin is perfect for large or multi-families. Altogether we have 2 bedrooms (plus a bunkhouse)/3 bathrooms/1 King Bed/1 queen bed/1 full sleeper sofa/2 twin bunk beds/1 twin sleeper sofa - sleeps 8-9.
Our 1 acre property feels wide-open and is fully fenced. Enjoy the stunning views of the mountains and valley around Greer from our large outdoor patio. Let your kids run free in our fully fenced yard while enjoying a beverage or meal on our deck.
Our main cabin is ~1300SF, has a full kitchen, laundry closet (bring your own laundry detergent), a room with a king bed, a room with a queen bed, a pullout couch (twin size), 2 bathrooms, a large/cozy living room, a dining table for 6, multiple comfy couches, blazing-fast Starlink wifi, a large flat screen TV with Roku, and 2 desks/workspaces. Sleeps 5.
Our bunkhouse is ~500 SF, has a kitchenette (mini-fridge & microwave), bunk beds (2), a pullout couch (full size), a bathroom with a beautiful claw foot soaking tub, couches, a table with seating for 4, blazing-fast Starlink wifi, a large flat screen TV with Roku and DVD player. Sleeps 3-4.
When it's time to eat, our main cabin kitchen has everything you need to feed everyone. A full oven and stove, microwave, and all the kitchen utensils and supplies you need to feed a crowd. We also have a propane BBQ grill on the patio.
Don't feel like cooking? Molly Butler Lodge and Restaurant and Rendezvous Diner are both a short 5-10 minute walk away. There are 2 more restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Take the quick 15-20 minute drive to Eager/Springerville for almost any dining genre you want.
Long day hiking the White Mountain trails or tearing up the slopes at Sunrise Ski Resort? We supply fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Wash and dry your clothes and be ready to take on the next day feeling fresh and clean!

Beautiful Cabin!!
We loved our stay in Greer and specifically at this cabin. It was the perfect location and had lots of room for our family to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone travelling to Greer.

Perfect spot in Greer, AZ
Spacious, clean and well stocked cabins made for a perfect weekend get-a-way. Also walking distance from everything! Host Jon was very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend!

Great Cabin
Loved the cabin, clean and comfortable with all the convenience of home. Great location, large deck out back, walking distance to restaurants, lakes nearby, wildlife which was fun to see. We hope to come back to this cabin. Great hosts.

Star gazer’s paradise
We enjoyed our stay and the bunkhouse was a hit with the young adults in our group. Loved sitting by the fire pit and swinging by the tree house. Best part was gazing at the clear night sky and taking in the Milky Way. Exactly what we needed to de-stress from the valley heat.

Wonderful weekend!
Jon was very friendly and communicative. The property was gorgeous and clean, fully stocked and nicely furnished. Had a cozy campfire and listened to all the wildlife surrounding us. Very quick drive/walk to restaurants and hiking trails by the stream. Would definitely stay here again!

Surpassed expectations
Our family loved our stay here! The dual buildings worked out great, giving both the kids and parents their own space when we weren't hanging out altogether. The space heaters and fireplace kept us plenty warm, the decor was outstanding, all the amenities we needed, and very clean. The owner was quite helpful and accommodating before, during, and after our visit. We would definitely stay again!

Getaway only an hour away!
This place has everything you need for a quick getaway or a nice, long, relaxing stay to get away from it all.
Tasteful decor, super comfortable couches, beds, and a huge table for family and friends.
I worked from here, and starlink is blazingly fast!
Highly recommended for ease of check-in and an engaging host whom is prompt and responsive to questions and requests!
The bunk house is COOL..main house is awesome, quiet, and private.

This is our family's little slice of heaven. It offers something for our family all 4 seasons. In the summer, we can escape the Phoenix heat. In the fall, we soak in the beauty of the aspens. In the winter, we ski, snowboard, and sled until we're all exhausted. In the spring, we fish from sunrise to sunset.
