After spending over $120k in upgrades and renovations, we are excited to share our home with you!
The living room is tastefully decorated with a 65" smart TV with both Apple TV and Roku for a plethora of streaming options. A Sonos Arc gives you full, robust sound throughout. Enjoy beautiful views and direct access to the pool from a large 10 foot glass slider or enjoy a cozy fire in front of the large, original mid-century fireplace.
The dining room has a table for 6 with an optional extension for up to 8 and a slider for direct access to the pool and patio with its own outdoor dining area including a built-in BBQ grill. The kitchen is mostly original, which mid century modern enthusiasts will appreciate and gives that retro flair that Palm Springs is famous for. Modern updates include a brand new dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. Kitchen is fully stocked including a Moccamaster coffee maker, Vitamix, All-Clad cookware and more.
The primary bedroom has a king sized bed with a brand new Tuft & Needle mattress, a 55" smart TV with Roku, and a sleek chaise lounge that faces a slider with direct access to the pool with gorgeous mountain views. It has its own newly renovated bathroom with double vanities and opens directly to the pool area.
There are 2 guest bedrooms. One with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. Both have been completely updated with brand new decor and furnishings including brand new Tuft & Needle mattresses, LL Bean sheets and Hue smart lighting.
Out back, you'll enjoy full seclusion and privacy shrouded by 8 foot tall ficus trees ensuring complete privacy. The saltwater pool is very large by Palm Springs standards-a whopping 35 feet by 16 feet with an 8 foot deep end (a rarity!) for endless water fun. Enjoy mountain views as you relax in the covered overhead patio lounge with fire pit, high-end grade-A teak lounge chairs. A separate spa/hot tub awaits you to relax in after your fun-filled day.
Spa heat is free. If you would like the pool heated, it is $90/day and best arranged in advance. For stays of 28 nights or longer, the actual gas costs from utility bill can be paid instead of $90/day.
In order to keep the property fresh and beautiful for you, our gardener comes Tuesday afternoons around 3-5pm, and the pool cleaner comes Wednesdays and Saturdays around 10:30-11:30am. These are approximate times only. Neither of them need access to the house and should not interrupt your stay. Just know that they do come by so you're not surprised to see them.
