Ocean Block 2 BR 2 BA Unit - Short Walk to the Beach!

The ocean is calling and this condo at Mystic Point is the answer! You'll love this airy and bright beach block property. With a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and plenty of room for your family to relax and dine, this could be a perfect spot for your family/ group of 6. The condo has one bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. You'll enjoy 2 full bathrooms, one with a spacious stand-up shower and the other with a bathtub. Take advantage of the balcony for morning coffee or an evening nightcap. From there you'll get a peek of the ocean and hear the crashing of the waves. A walk to the beach for a morning sunrise or a day of fun is a quick one which makes it easier for carrying beach gear or a quick trip back for lunch and a bathroom break.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for guest use. Wi-Fi is available for your streaming needs or for those that may be "working from home".

Located on 42nd street, this building is close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, plenty of great restaurants, Roland E. Powell Convention Center and a quick drive to the inlet/ boardwalk and Tangier outlets.

* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. This is an elevator building.
*Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 42nd street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* One numbered parking spot is provided in an uncovered lot; additional open street parking is available
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Awesome property and location

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was neat, clean and updated and was in the perfect location.it looks like it was recently renovated and to my dis an awesome job maximizing the space for storage and such. We can’t wait to come back!

Very impressed with the condo and location...not crowded with parking and the beach was not crowded. It was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Wish we could of stayed longer. The weather was perfect!

Wonderful Vacation

This was one of our best trips to OC. The unit was clean and perfect size for us. Being on the ocean side, it was great to have a short walk to the beach. We hope to stay there again.

The first thing I'll say that, the management team was excellent. Even though i was aware that there was a no early arrival policy, the management called (no email no text) me to let me know that the condo was available early (no additional charge). The communications was excellent throughout my entire stay. The property was clean and comfortable with accessories fully functional. The distance to the beach perfect and access to resturants children's activities was very good as well. I choose a place each year (9 years now) to spend time with my grandsons. This was the perfect place for 2 teenagers. I will remember and im sure they will as well. Definitely worthy of a return trip. A perfect 5 star.

Place is beautiful, the kids enjoyed opening the balcony barn door each morning, they have hooks everywhere which was perfect. Very clean and comfortable (we’ve stayed in OC MD before and a lot of places are not even comparable). I never cooked but they had everything you would need! The beach was close enough that the teens went by themselves. we had a foot wash right below our room. We had a giant dance bag and I was worried about carrying it up….they had an elevator! Just be aware the twin beds are super small and in a small room, my son chose to sleep on the couch bed instead.

This is a charming, nicely appointed, clean, and amazingly situated small condo. Being on the 2nd floor is perfect, so you're not street level, but it also was really easy to take the steps and not have to rely on the small elevator. The kitchen was well appointed, the dining area was perfect, and the living room was comfortable and had plenty of room for us. The main bedroom is large and comfortable. The second bedroom is small - and the beds a little soft, but it was perfect for our needs. Communication from the designated point of contact (owner/manager?) was excellent, which made the rental all that much better when I had a question. I already plan on renting the unit again for my next meeting at the Convention Center.

Clean and easy in OC

My husband, daughter (22) and I stayed in this lovely 2 bed, 2 bath just 1/2 block from the beach. It is located in a quiet location, was clean, updated and well appointed. David was quick to answer any pre-vaca questions I had. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

The property was as listed. Very satisfied with the cleanliness and condition of property. Was perfect for a weekend stay. We had zero issues. Convenient to beach and other activities. Would book again. Also reasonable rates.

Nice condo; great location!

Everything was terrific: location, decor, comfort. I like the open layout of kitchen & living room. Very nice, large balcony. Check in was super easy. It was also nice being on a pretty quiet street and just far enough that you don't hear traffic from the main road. If I had to identify a negative, the garbage truck picks up the trash in back parking lot at 6:30 a.m. (not the owners fault).

Family Vacation

My family and I came down for vacation during the Air Show. We had a fantastic time and this condo was great to stay at for our first time. We were a little upset that we had to take 3 hours out of our time on Friday night to clean the condo. The check in process is also confusing as I thought there was something for me to do physically to check in and out.

Hi Timothy, We have to say, we're completely caught off guard by your comment of having to take 3 hours to clean. We've looked through every email address that you had access to and didn't find any communication from you at all regarding concerns on the clean. Your communication with us in your reservation never mentioned it as well, only that you wanted an early check-in and a follow up to say that you had a great time and can't wait to come back. This review seems quite contradictory to the only communication we received. Add to that, this condo is regularly inspected and looks impeccable every time. We're stating this for the benefit of future guests as reviews hold alot of weight and this one seems rather unsupported. We also pride ourselves on making check-in super easy and uncomplicated, with emails along the way, describing the process. We apologize if you missed any of that communication.

What we're sorry about is the completion timing- we were under the impression this building's upgrade to the steps was going to be completed prior to your stay.
