4 Bedroom 3 Bath Beach Home located only a few houses from the Sand on 41st St. This conveniently located ground level home comes with carport parking & outdoor fire-pit, oversized patio with full sized dining table and more!
Our home includes a Smart TV, WiFi, Propane BBQ, In unit Washer & Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella, etc.

Our home is located on the ground floor and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc), outdoor fire-pit and dining area, with shared in unit Laundry.

HOME LOCATION
Located on 41st St just a quick walk to the sand you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts and a Bike Path which will jet out onto the beach a few blocks down at 36th.
From this location you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. (2-15 Minutes by Bike) 20+ Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, Surfboard/Bike rental shops, Grocery Store, Duffy Boat Rentals, Newport Pier etc. (15-30 Minutes by Bike) Balboa Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island, Boat Docks (The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures) Huntington Beach Pier/Pacific City, and much more!
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
-This property is a DUPLEX. There is a 6 bedroom 4 bath unit over the garage on the upper level who you will be asked to share the laundry machines with.
- This home has no stairs and is perfect for families with mobility issues.
- You are provided with (1) Garage Parking Spot. MostTrucks/SUVs are ok. Garage Measurements are: 108w x 86h x 192 deep.
- Firepit must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
PETS - This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
