Our mountainside cabin offers many amenities including:
• Open concept living room & kitchen area
• Fully stocked kitchen, with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal
• Fireplace with gas logs
• Large windows for taking in the beautiful views
• Fully stocked coffee bar with options for drip, pour over or pods, an espresso machine, as well as coffee grounds, coffee beans, k-cups and individually packaged cream & sugar.
• Hot tub on back porch overlooking downtown Pigeon Forge
• Rocking chairs and swing for relaxing on back porch
• Roku TVs in living room & 1st floor bedroom with Hulu live stream access for movies & sports
• Charcoal grill (guest to bring charcoal)
• Pool table in loft area
• Vintage board games classics, including Scrabble, Monopoly, Clue, Sorry & Yahtzee, and chess/checkers set

NOTE: Upon booking, guest will receive a rental agreement to be signed and returned to host prior to check-in.

What a great stay. The cabin is up in a mountain but close to everything. We enjoyed the cabin living. Very clean and organized. Communication with the owners was great and Check in and arrival was a breeze. We will be staying again.

Peaceful Getaway

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Super clean and had a beautiful view from the back porch! I absolutely recommend this cabin if you’re thinking about it. I will definitely be booking here again when I come back !

great experience from check in to check out! Tara was great! She checked in on us immediately upon check in to make sure everything was great. The cabin was perfect for our needs. We had a lovely stay!

Absolutely Amazing!

This cabin definitely lives up to its name “ A peaceful getaway “. From the moment we opened the door, we were in awe. It was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. I have never seen a place so clean. It was the best place to stay. The location was central to everything and being on the mountain was secluded and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this home away from home to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Renting made easy a baby could do it

Mountain Hideaway Cabin Rental is the way to go. The owners (Tara and Joel Rainer)made it so easy a baby could do it. All we had to do was show up at our Peaceful Getaway Cabin Rental, soak in the hot tub, stare at the view of Pigeon Forge and sleep in the most relaxing beds ever. It was so cute and I loved the large windows to view the outside. I mean, that's what it's all about isn't it?

Perfect? Or a little bit more?

What can we say? Everything was so simple. Tara always on top of the details. Everything! Direction to get there, door codes, etc. We got in love with this cabin soon we arrived. It is the kind of place you can stay doing nothing, just enjoying been there. Everything we need, was there. And when we said everything, we meant everything. Definitely we are coming back. A beary fun time🐻 !!

Beautiful cabin☺Had every amenity you need down to a first aide kit☺ Decor was perfect for Christmas, tree and all. VERY VERY CLEAN .. Views from the top were beautiful of Pigeon Forge. By far, the best cabin we have stayed in around this area. All you need is food if you want to cook. Had extra coffee, filters, salt-pepper, oil, hot chocolate, plus other kitchen items you may have forgotten. We ate at Mel's Diner which is at the corner of Wears Valley Rd. and the main strip. Good food & fun atmosphere. Christmas week in Gatlinburg. Is EXTREMELY crowded. Our first experience. Most everything shoppes, grocery stores and 95% of restaurants close on Christmas Eve around 4 pm. There is nothing open on Christmas day. After 2 pm, some restaurants open ( maybe 3) with a 2-3 hour wait.So come prepared to prepare your meal at the adorable kitchen in this cabin. There is a nice hot tub on the spacious deck, rocking chairs and a swing which was nice to cuddle up in with fleece blankets provided in the morning with a cup of coffee. Has a regular 12 cup coffee pot..You have beautiful sunrise and sunsets from this high mountain view. We will put this cabin for a future stay at the very top of our list for this area. If you are in doubt about reserving, just read the reviews. You will NOT be disappointed☺☺☺

This cabin was very roomy. clean, beautiful, with all the extras that we needed. The location was very close to the PF parkway. There were only 3 adults in our party and the cabin was a perfect size to accommodate us. We loved everything about the cabin. John, the host, was extremely accommodating and helpful. There is nothing about the cabin that you would not love as long as you don’t mind a steep winding drive to access it.

5 – A Perfect Cabin Getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in the Pigeon Forge area. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was incredibly easy, and the check-out process was just as smooth.The location couldn’t have been better—close to all the attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains. The cabin itself was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell the hosts truly care about the guest experience.One of our favorite features was the coffee bar area—such a charming and well-stocked touch that made our mornings extra special along with the jacuzzi to relax in after a long day of exploration. The home was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, making it feel like a true home away from home.Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay—quick, clear, and friendly. It really made us feel taken care of.We’re so grateful to the owners for sharing their home with us. It was everything we hoped for and more. We would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a great getaway, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again!

My family and I had an amazing experience. The house was so cozy and relaxing. They had games for our 5 kids and for the whole family, it was just an amazing family experience. Our first morning we were in the hot tub and a bear was in our back yard so we got to watch him/her forage for food. Thank you for having this great property.

The place is perfect. Search no more. This is the spot! Also, if you get a chance, float the Little River in Townsend right up the road. A true Smoky Mountain experience!

Wonderful cabin in the mountains

Wow it’s hard to say all the wonderful things about this cabin. Communication was excellent. The cabin had everything you could want. The kitchen was fully stocked. The coffee bar, oh my what options were available, best I’ve ever seen. The living room had plenty of seating and a gas fireplace. Bedrooms were nice, beds comfortable. There were games available and the pool table was a nice touch. Even though I don’t play well. Outside the porch was so nice. There was a hot tub and the porch swing was great to sit out in the evening and look down onto Pigeon Forge. Will definitely stay here again.

We are both native Tennesseans, born and raised in West Tennessee. We live in the Nashville area now with our son. We enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. We love being a host because we want our beautiful cabin on our quiet mountain to be a blessing for our guests. To give them a peaceful place to rest, rejuvenate, and restore the bodies and souls. We hope everyone loves our place as much as we do!
