The stove and grill would not light, and were very dirty. Broken keypad to enter , leaking washer and hot water heater. Furniture cushions dirty and stained. Hosts made aware on day 1. Stay was 11 nights. Only the keypad was finally fixed. Hosts wanted us to take pictures etc. before calling the handyman. Where were they? Photos on site were very misrepresentative of reality.

The house looked just like the pictures. It was perfect for 8 adults. Neighborhood was nice and the management team was very responsive.

This is our 4th time staying at this location and never disappoints. Kevin and team are great!Easy check in and check out.The home is perfect for us which is why we love coming back and staying here. The home is near grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants.Definitely look forward to staying here again in near future.

Comfortable home

We were in town for a funeral and the home met our needs. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice single story and having the garage was a plus. Kitchen was clean and the keurig coffee was appreciated…this was our first VRBO experience and would happily do it again…. Thank you

Great place for family to stay, this was our 2nd time here...

This was our 2nd stay at the property and it did not disappoint again. We stayed here last Thanksgiving week also. Great location. We had everything needed in kitchen as well as toiletries. Coffee bar was great with creamer/sugars. Central ac/heater. Friendly property manager, easy to reach. Looking forward to staying here again in future.

Beautiful and spacious home. Very clean and had everything you need for you days you'll stay!! My kids love spending time in the pool. We love having a garage for our truck and the shopping stores and fun places are near the properly. Highly recommend

Fun family getaway

The house was very clean and everything I needed was there. The communication was amazing. The neighborhood was ok. The only thing I would say could use a little improvement was the cleanliness of the pool. The deep end was a bit green and we had to clean it before using it. It was nothing major though. The owner is super thoughtful and we had an awesome time! Overall my family and I were extremely satisfied.

Nice location. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Easy to find. Very clean. Felt safe. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware and dishes and keurig. Very nice kitchen. The living room furniture was mediocre but comfortable enough. With 5 of us there (all adults), one more chair would’ve been nice. We didn’t spend a lot of time there for it to be an issue, however, and made it work. Pool was cold but refreshing. (We knew it wasn’t heated so not a negative) Outdoor furniture ok and we liked the outdoor space. We didn’t love that the sprinklers came on every night about 3 am outside the master bedroom. Kinda noisy. That’s really the only negative. Overall the house was adequate and comfortable. Host was very attentive and answered quickly. If I could suggest anything it would be more towels and small travel amenities such as shampoo/soap/toothpaste/ Kleenex. Those would’ve been a nice added touch and felt like an upgrade. A cooler for day trips would’ve been nice too so your guests wouldn’t have to buy one all to dispose of it or leave it there. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Pool full of algea. Couldn't use our whole stay. Microwave broke. Stove wouldn't light. Stains on furniture and rugs. Washer leaks. Dirty windows. Fridge filter needed to be changed. Cabinet doors dirty. Doors hard to open. Vents dusty. None of this was taken care of during stay or after. Look for a different rental.

When I arrived I noticed the kitchen countertops were filthy and sticky, then the bowls, silverware and cups were nasty and had food still stuck to them and very noticeable finger prints on everything. The back patio door would latch and was broken, the outdoor furniture was very dated and dirty, the pool was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and there was dog poop everywhere in the back yard. I bought these things to the hosts attention and had to send pictures multiple times and all they said is that it was normal ware and tare and that they would not send a cleaner out. Very unhappy with that experience! All the other places I’ve stayed at were cheaper and better than this property.
