Peaceful Getaway in Clovis, Cozy 4Bed/2Bath

Newly remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bathroom in a quiet residential neighborhood in Clovis. All kitchen and bathroom equipment and cabinets are brand-new. 3 queen size beds and 1 bunk bed can accommodate up to 9 guests to stay comfortably. New washer and dryer with detergent are in the garage at guests' disposal. Guests can enjoy cooking using all kitchen essentials equipped. High speed Wifi and 65" TV with Xfinity cable guarantee a comfort and convenient stay for both private and business purposes.
Disclosure of security devices: Two Ring security cameras are installed. One is on the front showing front yard and the entrance area. The other is on the back showing backyard and the entrance area to the kitchen. Those record video images when a motion sensor detects motions.

House was just as described. Is in a safe quiet neighborhood . Very clean. We will definitely use the rental again when we have family visiting from out of town and we do not have enough room at our smaller home in Clovis.

Communication with the property manager was really great. The interior of the home is all new and very functional. I also really appreciated the simple check out process (basically: just leave).

Great house!

My 4 adult daughters and I stayed in this lovely house while in town for a bridal shower. The home was neat, clean, welcoming and had enough beds for all of us to sleep comfortably. Check-in and check- out were super easy and the host was great with communication and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Would not return

The property is clean and comfortable. The owner is responsive and professional. I found the ad misleading. It states the home has 4 bd and sleeps 9-10. However more than 4 guests are charged $40 per person per night, no matter how many rooms are used. I questioned this policy with the owner and was told it's standard VRBO practice. That may be true but I've stayed in 15 VRBOs and have never had that experience. The house isn't expensive - it wasn't the cost that bothered me. I would have preferred to have paid a higher nightly cost than to have had what I feel is a disingenuous policy applied. I initially thought we'd have 6 people when I reserved the home. Only 4 ended up actually staying, but I still had to pay an additional charge for 2 people because that's what I put in my initial reservation. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

This house is pet friendly but I ask all pet owners to pay one time pet fee. It is $50 per pet so the pet owner has to pay more if he/she brings in multiple pets.
