Unfortunately, we were only made aware of the pool issue the day before checkout and couldn’t resolve it in time. The issue has since been addressed, and our heated pool is now fully operational. The guest had confirmed the standard checkout time the night before and was informed that we could not accommodate a late checkout due to incoming guests and scheduled cleaning. Unfortunately, on the day of departure, the guest refused to leave, ignored multiple phone calls and messages, and informed our cleaning team that he would be staying beyond checkout. Only after we advised that we would need to contact authorities did he promptly respond and vacate the property. Regarding the other concerns raised in the review, none of these issues were mentioned during the stay or at checkout. We always encourage guests to reach out with any concerns immediately so we can address them. The pool is professionally serviced, and any specific requests are handled promptly—as was the case here when we were contacted. We take cleanliness, safety, and professionalism very seriously and are proud of the positive experiences shared by many of our other guests.
