The massive great room opens onto the side deck, the eat-in chef's kitchen with breakfast nook and counters with stools has all of the appliances and space you would need to prepare meals for dining at home and opens onto the back deck with grill and the "kings" table in the dining room easily seats 10. The inviting lower-level bonus room has lots of comfortable seating, a TV, and a game table and the grand custom staircase leads to the bedrooms, which includes a beautiful primary suite complete with a sitting room.  There are 4.5 baths throughout and this home boasts lots of space both inside and out.

Tobias Place offers a Maximum of 8 parking spaces for guest use. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on the property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities, the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
